【摘要】： 随着我国高等教育改革事业的持续深化,地方本科院校迎来了空前的发展机遇,行政管理工作是高校运行管理的重要组成部分,影响到高校教职工、学生的切身利益,也与高校教学水平和办学效益密切相关。因此,对地方本科院校行政管理人员的管理日益受到教育界乃至整个社会的广泛关注。本文研究的重点在于人性视角下对地方本科院校行政管理人员激励机制存在问题原因的分析和对策的阐述。本文研究的创新点则在于利用人性假设的有关理论对地方本科院校行政管理人员激励机制进行了深入的解析。论文共分为四章,具体为：第一章是引言,阐述了本文的选题背景和研究意义,对国内外的研究进行了综合性的评述,进一步分析了本文研究的理论价值。此外,还简单介绍了本文的研究方法和研究思路。第二章从人性的角度分析了地方院校行政管理人员的特征。第三章分析了地方院校行政管理人员激励机制的发展现状、存在问题及其成因。在第四章,笔者提出了完善地方院校行政管理人员激励机制的原则和若干对策。作为高素质群体,地方本科院校行政管理人员有着比普通人更为复杂的多层次需要。完善地方本科院校行政管理人员激励机制需要从多方面入手,结合岗位和院校的实际情况,量化考核标准、明确行为准则、薪酬与表现挂钩、强化监督机制、完善地方本科院校行政管理人员的培训机制,从而建立一套以成效为标准、以服务精神为根本的管理制度,从而提高他们的工作积极程度和工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education in our country, local colleges and universities welcome unprecedented opportunities for development. Administration is an important part of the operation and management of colleges and universities, which affects the vital interests of staff and students in colleges and universities. It is also closely related to the teaching level and school efficiency of colleges and universities. therefore The management of the administrative staff of the local undergraduate colleges has been paid more and more attention by the educational circles and even the whole society. The focal point of this paper is the existing problems of the incentive mechanism for the administrators of the local undergraduate colleges and universities from the perspective of human nature The reason analysis and the countermeasure elaboration. The innovation of this paper is to use the theory of human nature hypothesis to deeply analyze the incentive mechanism of administrative staff in local undergraduate colleges and universities. The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper expounds the background and significance of this thesis, makes a comprehensive review of the research both at home and abroad, and further analyses the theoretical value of this study. In addition, the research methods and ideas of this paper are briefly introduced. The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of administrators in local colleges and universities from the angle of human nature. The third chapter analyzes the current situation, existing problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of administrative personnel in local colleges and universities. In the fourth chapter, the author puts forward the principles and some countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of local college administrators. As a high quality group, local undergraduate college administrators have more complex multi-level needs than ordinary people. It is necessary to improve the incentive mechanism of local undergraduate college administrators from many aspects, combining the actual situation of posts and colleges, quantifying the assessment standard, clarifying the code of conduct, linking compensation with performance, and strengthening the supervision mechanism. In order to improve the training mechanism of administrative personnel in local undergraduate colleges and universities, a set of management system based on effectiveness and service spirit should be established to improve their work positivity and efficiency.
