论儒家德治思想与高校思想政治教育工作的创新

【摘要】：德治思想是儒家学派最基本的主张,是儒家文化中的核心和精髓。儒家思想认为,德治较于法治更重视和谐、主动,通过道德的力量感化和教育人是教育的高级境界。儒家德治思想包含了"为政以德"、"为政在人"、"寓政于德"和"修身为本"等内容。高校思想政治教育工作应借鉴儒家德治思想精髓,通过提高思想政治教育者的个人素质、增强人文底蕴、创新工作理念,最终实现高等教育目标。
[Abstract]:The thought of rule by virtue is the most basic idea of Confucian school and the core and essence of Confucian culture. The Confucian thought holds that the rule of virtue is more important than the rule of law, and it is the higher realm of education to influence and educate people through the strength of morality. The Confucian thought of ruling by morality includes such contents as "to govern by virtue", "to govern by man", "to combine politics with Yu De" and "to cultivate oneself." The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should draw lessons from the quintessence of the Confucian rule of virtue, improve the personal quality of ideological and political educators, strengthen the humanistic background, innovate the working idea, and finally realize the goal of higher education.
