威廉斯论按需分配

【摘要】：按需分配是任何合理的分配正义理论都必须包含的一个重要原则。但是,按需分配的原则怎样表述才是合理的,它如何才能得到证成,这两个问题历来有不少争论。威廉斯在其著名的论文《平等的观念》中,区分开两种好处,并且认为相应于每种好处有其相干的分配理由,从而提出了他对按需分配原则的表述和证成。威廉斯提出的按需分配原则引来艾斯特尔两方面的批评:一,这个原则蕴涵一些违反直观的原则;二,即使可以较为同情地诠释这个原则,它仍然会遇到另外三个困难:诱因的问题、家长主义和妒忌。我认为艾斯特尔的这些批评都是不成立的,在文章中尝试指出它们的问题所在,从而为威廉斯的按需分配原则辩护。
[Abstract]:Distribution according to need is an important principle that any reasonable distributive justice theory must contain. However, how to express the principle of distribution according to need is reasonable and how it can be proved. Williams, in his famous paper the idea of Equality, distinguishes between two advantages, and thinks that each benefit has its own relevant distribution reason, and thus puts forward his statement and proof of the principle of distribution according to need. Williams' principle of distribution according to need drew criticism from Estelle from two aspects: first, it contained some principles that were contrary to intuition; and second, even if the principle could be interpreted more sympathetically, It still faces three other difficulties: the problem of inducement, paternalism and jealousy. I don't think these criticisms of Estelle are valid and try to point out their problems in order to defend Williams' principle of allocation according to need.
