论“王道”与“王制”——从传统“王道”思维中走出来

【摘要】："王道"是王权体系下的一种政治理想,对现实的王虽有某种批判意义,但又寄希望于王,其核心是王制:越是张扬王道,就越肯定王制;越是把王道作为一种理论追求,那么所谓的"道"就越依附于王,两者可谓相反相成。作为一种结构性存在,"王道"属于古代的一种政治思维,是一种历史的形态,与现代政治思维不在一个层面上。"王道"不仅是一种价值观念,也是一种很稳定的思维方式,影响至深。如何从传统"王道"的思维方式中走出来,是一个历史性的课题,这既要改变产生"王"、"道"互相论证的社会结构,又要有新的思维方式取代传统的思维方式。
[Abstract]:"Wang Dao" is a kind of political ideal under the Wang Quan system. Although it has some critical significance to the real king, it also hopes on the king. Its core is the king system: the more the king makes public, the more he affirms the king system; the more he pursues the king way as a kind of theory, the more he pursues it as a kind of theory. Then the so-called "Tao" is more dependent on the king, the two can be said to be opposite and complementary. As a kind of structural existence, Wang Dao belongs to an ancient political thought, is a historical form, and is not on the same level as modern political thinking. " Wang Dao is not only a kind of value, but also a stable way of thinking. How to get out of the traditional way of thinking is a historic subject, which not only changes the social structure of producing "king" and "Tao", but also needs to have a new way of thinking to replace the traditional way of thinking.
