西方右翼民粹主义政治思潮述评

【摘要】：西方政治整体沦陷于右翼民粹主义,将是一个长期的政治现象。当前右翼民粹主义大潮的突出特点是自由主义的"另类右翼"主导右翼民粹主义的走向。右翼民粹主义崛起的根源是全球化中西方实力的相对下降导致的西方危机,是西方精英在危机面前的无所作为;实质是西方民众造了整个西方精英民主体制的反。右翼民粹主义在整个西方世界的大规模崛起,宣泄了欧美各国民众对"政治正确"教条强烈不满的文化情绪,其价值取向是复兴和回归传统价值观。"政治正确"原则上与美国价值观一致,但是其理念和政策在现实中的极端发展破坏了社会公正和平等主义的共识,冲击了传统价值观。从另一个极端出现的右翼民粹主义,是在价值理念和政治方向上对西方社会的一次强行矫正。误判右翼民粹主义民情的性质和西方改革的方向,会导致战略失误,作出错误抉择。
[Abstract]:The fall of western politics to right-wing populism will be a long-term political phenomenon. The prominent feature of the current right-wing populism is that the liberal "alternative right" dominates the right-wing populism. The rise of right-wing populism is rooted in the western crisis caused by the relative decline of the western power in globalization and the inaction of the western elite in the face of the crisis. The large-scale rise of right-wing populism in the whole Western world has given vent to the strong dissatisfaction of the people of Europe and the United States with the doctrine of "political correctness", and its value orientation is to revive and return to traditional values. " "political correctness" is consistent with American values in principle, but the extreme development of its ideas and policies in reality undermines the consensus of social justice and egalitarianism and impacts on traditional values. Right-wing populism at the other extreme is a forced correction of Western society in terms of values and political direction. Misjudging the nature of right-wing populism and the direction of Western reform will lead to strategic mistakes and wrong choices.
