论民主资本化对法治社会与政治空间的影响——读朗西埃《对民主之恨》的思考

【摘要】：民主的本义是"人民的权力",这种权力容易由于私利而集结,也容易因为"无知"而狂躁,更容易因为缺乏信念而改变阵营。行使人民主权成为了一种消费,民主人的利益被正当化为社会的公共利益,个人主义的人性观替代了社会责任的伦理观,并被选举制催化为合法的产物。在民主资本的催化下,无差异的治理掩盖了有差别的政治,国家的控制形式与政治的治理原则之间的区别越来越模糊。
[Abstract]:The essence of democracy is "people's power". This power is easy to assemble because of private interests, easy to be manic because of "ignorance" and easy to change camp because of lack of faith. Under the catalysis of democratic capital, undifferentiated governance masks differentiated politics, and the distinction between state control forms and political governance principles is becoming increasingly blurred.
