【摘要】：正何梦笔(Carsten Herrmann-Pillath)是德国法兰克福金融与管理学院教授,长期关注中国、俄罗斯等转型经济体的发展研究。本文被收录于《当代中国的政权合法性:体制变革与稳定性》(Regime Legitimacy in Contemporary China:Institutional Change and Stability,Thomas Heberer and Gunter Schubert eds.,London:Routledge,2009)一书。文章指出,中国由计划经济到市场经济的转型已经渐近完成,这一转型是在没有清晰的总体规划的情况下进行的,本文提出这一"摸着石头过河"
[Abstract]:Carsten Herrmann-Pillath is a professor at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany, who has long focused on the development of transition economies such as China and Russia. This article is included in the book legitimacy of regime in Contemporary China: institutional change and Stability. (Regime Legitimacy in Contemporary China:Institutional Change and Stability,Thomas Heberer and Gunter Schubert eds.,London:Routledge,2009. The article points out that China's transition from planned economy to market economy is nearing completion, and this transition is taking place without a clear overall plan.
