“求公意志”:阿甘本、埃斯波西多和内格里对“公共”概念的讨论

【摘要】：意大利哲学家阿甘本、埃斯波西多和内格里等人对"公共"概念的讨论与意大利20世纪左翼革命的特质密切相关,由于意大利尖锐的阶级矛盾和强大的激进革命传统,左翼激进政治理论家始终面对国内政治分裂和公共领域的不稳定状态,对"公共性"的讨论替代了对"公开性"的讨论。而21世纪之后,全球新自由主义治理体系所引发的社会、文化和阶级矛盾,则将这种立足于意大利现实的讨论,转化为具有相当普遍性的概念探讨。阿甘本立足于主权权力结构中"一"与"多"之间的矛盾来探讨"公共",将公共概念定位为民众立足于神圣暴力,对既定政治秩序的抵抗性悬置。埃斯波西多则专注于共同体向免疫共同体的转化,并认为从霍布斯开始的现代西方政治哲学对公共性的设定,都会激发社会共同体转化为排斥他者的免疫共同体,从而导致了公共性的丧失。内格里和哈特则试图通过哲学和政治经济学的双重论证,建立一种不需要主权权力整合,而依赖于差异结构和主体生产的共同体,并将"公共"概念的讨论基础从抽象的法律—规范领域,转化为现实的政治—经济学领域。
[Abstract]:The discussion of the concept of "public" by Italian philosophers Agamben, Esposito and Negri is closely related to the characteristics of Italy's left-wing revolution in the 20th century, because of Italy's sharp class contradictions and powerful radical revolutionary tradition. Left-wing radical political theorists have always been faced with domestic political divisions and the unstable state of the public sphere, and the discussion of "publicity" has replaced the discussion of "openness". After the 21st century, the social, cultural and class contradictions caused by the global neoliberal governance system transformed this discussion based on the Italian reality into a rather universal discussion of the concept. Based on the contradiction between "one" and "many" in the structure of sovereign power, Argamben probes into "public" and defines the concept of public as the resistance of the people to the established political order, which is based on sacred violence. Esposito, on the other hand, focused on the transformation of the community into an immune community, and argued that the establishment of publicity in modern western political philosophy, beginning with Hobbes, would inspire the social community to become an immune community that excluded others. This leads to the loss of publicity. Negri and Hart tried to establish a community that did not need the integration of sovereign power but depended on the structure of difference and the production of subject through the double argument of philosophy and political economics. The basis of discussion of the concept of "public" is transformed from abstract legal-normative field to realistic political-economic field.
