马克思主义国家理论范式转换研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来,伴随经济全球化、政治民主化的迅猛发展,全球化与国家的关系已经成为经济全球化和政治民主化进程中争论的核心问题。就马克思主义国家理论研究而言,如何把握马克思主义国家理论与现时代的关系,已经成为新世纪马克思主义国家理论研究的新命题。马克思主义国家理论面临着如何反映时代精神的形态变革。本文通过对马克思主义经典文本中的“国家”基本理论进行历史性的动态考察,并通过对国家理论研究范式的比较研究,力求发现在马克思主义国家理论知识体系的建构和理论研究中理论和思维的转变,为马克思主义国家理论反思性地理解自身,认识其发展变化的内在脉络提供理论解释和知识积累。 本论文共分七个部分,主要内容及其相互之间的逻辑关系如下: 第一部分是论文的绪论部分,本章以全球化中国家因面临挑战而变革为时代背景,以国家理论的当代复兴为知识背景,通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,指出以范式的视角分析马克思主义国家理论的转变对于考察马克思主义国家理论的自身发展以及对于中国社会主义国家民主政治改革都具有重要的理论和现实价值。 第二部分分析了范式理论与马克思主义国家理论范式。正如马克思主义经典作家所强调的理论与实践的紧密关联性那样,作为改造现实世界的理论工具的“范式”与范式转换理论虽然具有“相对主义”、“不可通约性”等局限,但其从科学发展的社会实践性、历史动态性等方面的变化来建构科学发展的动态模式,将科学发展的内部史和外部史辩证的结合起来,因而其理论本身便具有科学革命性。这一性质所赋予范式的马克思主义理论品质,不仅对研究自然科学知识的发展和变化具有理论指导意义,对理解、创新和发展马克思主义国家理论范式同样具有重要价值。 第三部分以范式的视角分析了马克思主义国家理论经典范式的方法、价值、解释框架以及主要命题。马克思主义国家理论的经典范式是马克思主义理论与实践工作者在无产阶级革命时期产生的经典范例。作为一个经典范例的马克思主义国家理论的传统范式为当时的无产阶级革命实践提供了具体指导,并演化成马克思主义国家理论的常规科学研究的基础。梳理出马克思主义国家理论的经典范式不仅有利于整体性理解马克思主义国家理论,而且是马克思主义国家理论进一步发展和转变的前提条件。 第四部分考察了时代变迁与马克思主义国家经典范式转换的需要。随着不断变迁的政治经济形势,无论是资本主义国家还是社会主义国家都在努力转变自身,以适应社会结构变迁、民主化改革以及全球化对民族国家的挑战。在此转型过程中,当代资本主义国家已经从早期的自由竞争资本主义社会进入了晚期的垄断资本主义社会,资本主义国家形态也发生了重大转变,变得复杂和多样化。同时,社会主义国家也经历了一个从早期的计划经济体制向市场经济的转型过程。社会主义国家转型既有成功的经验也有失败的教训。如何对当代国家的转型给予深刻的反思和解释,成为当代语境下马克思主义国家理论的历史性任务。时代变迁引发了马克思主义国家理论经典范式转换的需要,促使了马克思主义国家理论范式的转换与创新。 第五部分分析了当代马克思主义国家理论对经典范式的创新与转换。从总体上来讲,当代马克思主义国家理论大致在两个维度上实现了对经典范式的创新发展:一个是西方马克思主义者继承了马克思主义国家理论经典范式对资本主义的批判维度,对国家理论进行了创新与发展,形成了诸多颇具特色的当代西方马克思主义的国家批判理论;一个是以中国社会主义现代化建设为代表,在对马克思主义国家理论经典范式继承的基础上,通过总结社会主义国家建设的经验教训,创新与发展了马克思主义国家理论的建设性维度,为当代马克思国家理论提供了新的内容。然而,在把握创新与范式转换的的界限和内容上,马克思主义国家理论内部产生了极大的争议,并对马克思主义国家理论的发展产生了消极的影响。考察当代范式的转换与创新,剖析范式转换进程中的争议,对我们进一步发展和创新马克思主义国家理论具有重要意义。 第六部分是在总结理论和实践的基础上提出了创新马克思主义国家理论研究范式的观点。在本章的开始部分,论文总结和剖析了当代马克思主义国家理论范式创新与转换所取得的成就以及存在着的不足。随后,论文分析了马克思主义国家理论范式转换的动力、转换的基础、原则以及马克思主义国家理论的公共性研究范式的价值取向、基本范畴和具体的路径选择:不同时代实践状况的历史性张力构成了马克思主义国家理论研究范式转换与创新的历史性动力,但马克思主义国家理论的创新与范式转换应当遵循马克思主义的根本立场、基本原则。在此前提下,创新马克思主义国家理论的公共性研究范式是当代马克思主义国家理论应致力的方向。 最后一部分是论文的结论。论文通过运用范式理论对马克思主义国家理论发展的历史动态考察,得出结论如下:作为改造现实的理论工具,马克思主义国家理论正在随着时代的变迁所出现的反常现象而不断地进行着自我调整、丰富和发展,以期能解释和解决现实问题。可以预见,随着社会主义的改革和建设的实践需要,在遵循马克思主义国家理论经典范式的根本立场和价值取向下,当代马克思主义国家理论范式必将在理论上不断进行创新与研究范式转换。唯有如此,马克思主义国家理论才能更好地解释当代资本主义国家的新变换和指导当代社会主义国家的民主政治建设,马克思主义国家理论也才能更具有生命力和发展空间。
