明清时期传教士与中国文化在欧洲的传播

【摘要】：西方传教士在中国研习中文、译介中国经典等文化活动,对明清时期中国文化在欧洲的传播作出了巨大的贡献。由于文化背景的差异,语言转换的目的和动机的影响,东西方两种文明和思想在交流过程中势必引起碰撞和冲突,这造成了明清时期传教士对中国语言和文化存在一定的误读,其混淆基督教教义和儒家文化内核的问题也较为突出,尽管如此,传教士的文化活动,为中西文化交流的健康发展提供了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Western missionaries studied Chinese in China, translated Chinese classics and other cultural activities, made great contributions to the spread of Chinese culture in Europe during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Because of the difference of the cultural background, the influence of the purpose and motive of the language conversion, the collision and conflict of the two civilizations and ideas between the East and the West are bound to cause the misreading of the Chinese language and culture by the missionaries in the Ming and Qing dynasties. However, the cultural activities of missionaries provide a solid foundation for the healthy development of cultural exchanges between China and the West.
