高黎贡山濒危植物光合特征年、日变化及与生态因子关系

【摘要】:用Li-6400XT便携式光合仪对高黎贡山南段三种生境(荒草地、大棚、林下)中生长的国家Ⅰ级保护植物长蕊木兰幼苗,以及濒危植物瑞丽山龙眼幼苗、瑞丽茜树幼苗在春季、夏季、冬季晴朗天气中进行连续的光合特性测定(包括净光合速率值、气孔导度值、蒸腾速率值、胞间CO2浓度值日变化,净光合速率与环境因子相关性分析,净光合速率—光响应,净光合速率—CO2响应),旨在了解三种植物的光合特性,为其科学保护提供一定依据。结果显示:(1)不同季节长蕊木兰幼苗生长的各生境中的光合有效辐射值日变化曲线均为单峰型。各生境中幼苗在春季和冬季净光合速率值、蒸腾速率值、气孔导度值日变化未见“午休”现象,但夏季,上述值日变化均出现“午休”现象;任一季节胞间CO2浓度值与其他光合参数值日变化趋势相反。在春季与冬季,各生境中幼苗的净光合速率值变化受光合有效辐射值的影响最大,而夏季,受光合有效辐射值和空气相对湿度值的影响一样大。荒草地与林下幼苗的光饱和点值、光补偿点值和CO2补偿点值随季节变化在降低,大棚幼苗值基本不变。(2)任一季节瑞丽山龙眼幼苗所在各生境中的光合有效辐射值日变化曲线均为单峰型。春季与夏季,三种生境下幼苗的净光合速率值、气孔导度值、蒸腾速率值日变化有“午休”现象,且夏季“午休”时间较长;冬季,各参数值日变化未见“午休”现象;任一季节,胞间CO2浓度值的日变化趋势与净光合速率值变化趋势是相反的。任一季节,各生境下幼苗的净光合速率值均受到光合有效辐射值的影响最大。任一季节,各生境下幼苗的光响应与CO2响应曲线变化相似;各生境幼苗的光饱和点值均为冬季最高,而光补偿点值在三个季节里基本不变。CO2补偿点值是荒草地与林下幼苗在春季与冬季高于夏季,而大棚幼苗值三个季节基本相同。(3)任一季节,瑞丽茜树幼苗生长的各生境中光合有效辐射值日变化曲线均为单峰型。春季,荒草地与大棚幼苗的净光合速率值、气孔导度值、蒸腾速率值日变化有“午休”现象,林下幼苗则未见;夏季,各生境下幼苗的上述参数值日变化曲线在均有“午休”现象;冬季,均未见。任一季节各生境幼苗的净光合速率值变化都受光合有效辐射值影响最大。春季,林下幼苗的光补偿点值高于荒草地与大棚幼苗,荒草地与林下幼苗的光饱和点值和CO2补偿点值均高于大棚幼苗;夏季与冬季,均是大棚幼苗的光补偿点值最低,各生境幼苗光饱和点值相差不大,只是夏季荒草地幼苗的CO2补偿点值最低;冬季,荒草地与大棚幼苗的CO2补偿点值高于林下幼苗。
[Abstract]:The seedlings of Magnolia longan, an endangered plant, grown in three habitats (barren grassland, greenhouse, undergrowth) in the southern section of Gaoligong Mountain were studied by Li-6400XT portable photosynthetic instrument. The seedlings of Magnolia longan, an endangered plant, were grown in spring and summer. Continuous photosynthetic characteristics (including net photosynthetic rate value, stomatal conductance value, transpiration rate value, intercellular CO2 concentration diurnal variation, correlation analysis between net photosynthetic rate and environmental factors, net photosynthetic rate-light response) were carried out in sunny winter weather. Net photosynthetic rate (-CO _ 2) was used to understand the photosynthetic characteristics of three plants and to provide scientific basis for their protection. The results showed that the diurnal variation curves of photosynthetic effective radiation in different seasons of Magnolia lanceolata seedlings were single-peak. Net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of seedlings in spring and winter did not show "lunch break" phenomenon in different habitats, but in summer, "noon break" phenomenon appeared. The intercellular CO2 concentration in any season is opposite to that of other photosynthetic parameters. In spring and winter, the variation of net photosynthetic rate of seedlings in different habitats was the most affected by photosynthetic available radiation, but in summer, it was affected as much by the relative humidity of air. The value of light saturation point, light compensation point and CO2 compensation point decreased with seasons. The diurnal variation curve of photosynthetic effective radiation in different habitats of Longan seedlings of Ruili Mountain in any season is single peak type. In spring and summer, the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of seedlings in three habitats had the phenomenon of "lunch break", and the "noon break" time in summer was longer than that in winter. In any season, the diurnal variation trend of intercellular CO2 concentration is opposite to that of net photosynthetic rate. In any season, the net photosynthetic rate of seedlings under different habitats was the most affected by the photosynthetic effective radiation value. In any season, the light response of seedlings in each habitat is similar to that of CO2 response curve, and the light saturation point of seedlings in each habitat is the highest in winter. The value of light compensation point is almost unchanged in three seasons. The compensation point value of CO _ 2 is higher in spring and winter than in summer, but the value of greenhouse seedling is the same in three seasons. The diurnal variation curves of photosynthesis active radiation in different habitats of Seedling growth of Rhizoma Rehmanniae were all single peak type. In spring, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the seedlings of barren grassland and greenhouse had the phenomenon of "midday depression", but the seedlings under the forest were not seen in summer, but in summer, the changes of photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were not observed. The diurnal variation curve of the above parameters in different habitats had "midday break" phenomenon, but in winter, it was not seen. The variation of net photosynthetic rate of seedlings in any season was the most affected by photosynthetic effective radiation. In spring, the light compensation point value of undergrowth seedlings was higher than that of barren grassland and greenhouse seedlings, the value of light saturation point and CO2 compensation point of barren grassland and undergrowth seedlings were higher than those of greenhouse seedlings, and the light compensation points of greenhouse seedlings were the lowest in summer and winter. The light saturation point of the seedlings in different habitats was not different, but the CO2 compensation point of the seedlings in summer was the lowest, and in winter, the CO2 compensation point of the seedlings in the wasteland and the greenhouse was higher than that of the seedlings under the forest.
