【摘要】:本文结合国家科技支撑计划项目(2013BAF02B10)、国家自然科学基金( 51205353 ),在分析西服工业化MTM特点和目前相关研究成果的基础上,重点研究了面向西服定制企业的工业化生产方法体系,包括定制西服订单聚类方法、西服定制企业的主生产计划研究、西服定制生产车间组织形式的构建及其布局、定制西服订单排序和流水线的均衡方法等,为西服定制企业同时实现工业化生产和满足个性化市场需求提供坚实的理论基础和方法指导。在分析西服定制企业面临挑战的基础上,阐明了西服工业化MTM的重要意义,根据国内外服饰生产关键技术研究现状,结合相关的决策理论、方法等研究现状,明确了本文的研究目标、研究内容和论文组织框架。根据西服工业化MTM的特点,分析其工艺流程跟成衣批量生产作业的不同,提出了 一种携AHP权重因素的基于本体语义距离的订单距离计算方法,使得多样性的单个订单的生产转化成具有一定相似性的订单聚类簇的高效成批生产,实现西服定制个性化和生产规模化的统一。针对西服定制企业中标准成衣销售与定制双管齐下的营销模式,通过对西服需求数量的预测,确定未来全年标准西服和定制西服的销售种类及其数量,并根据预测销售量安排生产能力,同时实时修正月度或季度的成衣生产种类及其数量,从而确定标准西服提前生产的生产种类及其数量、确定面料备料的种类分布及其数量水平。由于服饰属于流行产品,具有一定的不确定性,故主生产计划的依据具有一定的模糊性。为了与实际情况更加接近,建立了模糊环境下基于可信性规划的生产计划优化模型,通过对模糊目标和约束的清晰化,将模糊生产计划模型转化为清晰等价形式,并提出了 一种求解该模型的基于非固定多段映射函数和向量评价的改进PSO。针对车间生产组织形式,根据聚类后的订单簇的特点,提出了面向订单聚类簇的、加工对象原则和工艺原则并存的U型细胞单元组生产流水线构建方法,并结合二次分配问题模型、图论模型和混合整数规划模型的优点建立其布局规划数学模型。鉴于计算的复杂性,提出了基于序列对、改进顶点权重有向无环图的细胞单元布局生成算法、不可行度自适应粒子群算法的层次化求解方法。针对定制西服订单的排序问题,提出了一种SCGA算法进行排序规则的优化组合。该算法对不同的订单聚类簇,以拖期数和延误度为目标函数进行动态排序;对同一订单簇内的订单,则以订单松弛度为目标函数进行动态排序。针对定制西服细胞单元组生产流水线平衡设计问题,在满足工序作业先后顺序的约束条件下,采用改进的粒子群算法将订单簇的工序进行组合和拆分,合理调整并分配到细胞单元组生产流水线上的细胞单元中,使得作业时间尽可能相等,且接近平均节拍,从而对定制西服细胞单元组生产流水线进行了有效的平衡。
