我国农机产业集群演化机制与可持续发展路径研究

【摘要】:农机产业集群可以为农机产业竞争力提升和区域经济发展提供重要力量。研究我国农机产业集群的形成机理、演化机制和可持续发展路径,对促进集群凸显规模优势和品牌效应,提升农机企业国际竞争力,政府实施集群发展战略具有参考价值和现实意义。论文通过归纳、分析相关文献资料和国内外农机产业发展现状,剖析了我国农机产业集群的特征、空间结构和发展现状,运用区位发展理论、增长极理论和社会网络理论分析了农机产业集群形成的基础条件和环境条件,结合问卷调查结果和因子分析,构建了由集群辐射效应、创新环境、区位环境、产业要素和行业合作五个主因子18个影响因素构成的农机产业集群形成影响因素框图。论文基于产业集群生命周期演化理论和指数增长模型,将我国农机产业集群划分为四个阶段,即形成、成长、成熟和衰退阶段,并对每个阶段的演化机制和特征进行了研究。运用区位商法、GESS模型评价法、层次分析法和模糊数学评价法三种识别评价方法对山东农机产业集群的演化阶段进行的实证研究结果表明,山东农机产业集群处于成长阶段。论文分析了农机产业集群可持续发展的动力因素,基于系统动力学方法使用Vensim建模工具,从区域经济投入、市场需求、技术创新动力因素三个视角构建了集群可持续发展动力系统模型,并以山东农机产业集群为实证对象进行了分析,模型的仿真模拟分析和灵敏度检验结果表明:创新性动力在农机产业集群可持续发展中起关键作用,固定资产投资变动对集群发展的影响相对较大,国内市场需求对集群发展的影响大于国际市场需求对集群发展的影响。论文基于集群形成机理和演化机制,探索了农机产业集群可持续发展"三位一体"驱动路径,即采取内生驱动、外生推动和基础支撑相结合的方式共同驱动集群可持续发展,并基于前文理论分析和实证研究的结果提出了我国农机产业集群可持续发展的对策,即加强政府扶持、完善农机中介服务体系、加强基础设施建设和关注高素质人力资本。
[Abstract]:Agricultural machinery industrial cluster can provide an important force for the promotion of agricultural machinery industry competitiveness and regional economic development. The formation mechanism, evolution mechanism and sustainable development path of agricultural machinery industrial cluster in China are studied. It has reference value and practical significance to promote cluster to highlight scale advantage and brand effect, to enhance the international competitiveness of agricultural machinery enterprises, and to implement the strategy of cluster development by the government. Based on the analysis of relevant documents and the current situation of agricultural machinery industry development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics, spatial structure and development status of agricultural machinery industry cluster in China, and applies the theory of location development. The growth pole theory and social network theory analyze the basic conditions and environmental conditions for the formation of agricultural machinery industrial cluster, combined with the results of questionnaire survey and factor analysis, build the cluster radiation effect, innovation environment, location environment. The paper is based on the theory of industry cluster life cycle evolution and exponential growth model. The industrial cluster of agricultural machinery in China is divided into four stages, namely, formation, growth, maturity and decline. The evolution mechanism and characteristics of each stage are studied. The location quotient method is used to evaluate the Gess model. The results of the empirical study on the evolution stage of agricultural machinery industry cluster in Shandong province show that the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics evaluation are three kinds of identification and evaluation methods. Shandong agricultural machinery industry cluster is in the growing stage. This paper analyzes the dynamic factors of the sustainable development of agricultural machinery industry cluster, based on the system dynamics method, using Vensim modeling tool, from the regional economic input. The model of cluster sustainable development power system is constructed from three perspectives of market demand and technological innovation motive factors, and it is analyzed with Shandong agricultural machinery industry cluster as the empirical object. The simulation analysis and sensitivity test of the model show that the innovative power plays a key role in the sustainable development of agricultural machinery industrial cluster, and the fixed asset investment changes have a relatively large impact on the cluster development. The influence of domestic market demand on cluster development is greater than that of international market demand on cluster development. This paper explores the "trinity" driving path of the sustainable development of agricultural machinery industry cluster, that is, the sustainable development of agricultural machinery cluster is driven by the combination of endogenous drive, exogenous promotion and basic support. And based on the above theoretical analysis and the results of empirical research put forward the sustainable development of agricultural machinery industrial clusters in China, that is, strengthen government support, improve agricultural machinery intermediary service system. Strengthen infrastructure construction and pay attention to high quality human capital.
