An Integrated Approach for Social Sustainable Supplier Evalu

组织和管理决策正受到企业可持续发展压力的影响。若组织的目标是实现可持续性,则组织需要在决策时考虑经济、环境和社会等方面的可持续性发展。供应链决策在组织商品和服务产出的整体可持续性中发挥着独特而关键的作用。虽然许多学者和从业者已经对经济和环境的可持续性进行研究,但社会的可持续性在科研和实践中受到的关注较少,特别是在发展中国家和新兴经济体。社会可持续性对其他可持续性举措具有促进作用,若忽视这一方面可能会对整条供应链产生严重的负面影响。为解决这一问题,本文提出了制造企业供应链社会可持续性的研究框架。为了说明拟议框架的适用性和有效性,本文采用多标准决策方法“最差最佳方法”(BWM)并通过38名专家的样本评估社会可持续性标准并确定其优先顺序,标准顺序是根据BWM获得的权重确定的。研究结果显示,受访者认为“合同利益相关者影响”是最重要的社会可持续性标准。可持续的供应商选择是促进供应链可持续性的一个重要决策,它可以极大地影响供应链的可持续性。在此背景下,一些学者对经济和环境的可持续性研究较多,而对社会可持续性方面的调查则相对较少。基于此,本文介绍了一种基于灰色的多标准决策支持工具,该工具由“最差最佳...
