离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定的解决方案研究

【摘要】:制造业能耗高、能效低,节能减排潜力很大。研究产品制造过程能量消耗的理论与技术,制定产品制造能耗限额,加强制造业能源管理,以适应绿色制造战略需要是当前国内外相关领域的热点课题。产品制造能耗限额是特定条件下制造单位产品的合理能源消耗的数量标准。制定产品制造能耗限额,对于促进企业能源消耗管理和监控、改进生产技术和组织管理、从而提高能量效率具有重要意义。离散制造业由于产品结构复杂、制造系统能耗主体多样、产品制造过程离散、能量消耗状态及能量消耗过程动态多变等多方面原因,使得产品制造能耗限额的制定相对于流程制造业而言更为复杂、困难,至今尚无系统实用的解决方案。为此,本文结合国家自然科学基金和国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)课题等项目,对离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定的解决方案进行了研究,以期为离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定提供基本的解决思路与总体实现框架。首先,分析了离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定相关的复杂特性。其中,离散制造系统能量消耗的复杂特性包括系统的多能耗源特性、能量消耗多层次特性及过程能量效率特性;离散制造业产品制造能耗的复杂特性包括产品及其制造能耗的复杂结构树特点、产品制造能耗与制造设备的动态关联性及产品制造能耗与制造工艺的动态关联性;离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定的复杂特性包括产品制造能耗限额与分布式多数量制造系统的关联特性、产品无穷多样性导致产品制造能耗限额种类数量的巨大性、产品市场生命周期短暂性引起产品制造能耗限额短效性、产品制造能耗限额指标的多层次性、产品制造能耗限额指标的约束特性和导向特性。其次,提出了离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定策略。包括针对所有离散制造业产品的能耗限额分类制定策略:即针对规格品种繁多的一般产品即绝大多数产品的产品与制造系统关联能耗限额制定策略和针对个别量大面广、能量消耗总量巨大、制造设备、工艺和制造流程相对比较成熟和确定的特定产品的统一能耗限额制定策略。然后,建立了离散制造业产品制造能耗限额模型。包括产品、构成产品的零件和零件制造过程中能耗规律最复杂的机械加工工件的制造能耗限额构成模型和数学模型。该模型不仅能够量化产品制造过程的能耗而且能够约束和控制制造过程中各个环节的能耗,是离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定的实施基础。最后,提出了离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定方案,并进行了实际案例分析研究。该制定方案包括产品关联能耗限额制定方案、构成产品的零件能耗限额制定方案和机械加工工件能耗限额制定方案三类层次;每个层次包括建立能耗基础数据库、计算制造过程能耗、评价制造过程能耗及确定能耗限额四个过程。形成了离散制造业产品制造能耗限额制定的路线和方法,并通过实际案例研究证明了该方案实际操作的可行性和可能性。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry of high energy consumption, low energy efficiency, energy-saving potential is great. Study on the theory and technology of product manufacturing process energy consumption, making products manufacturing energy consumption limits, strengthen manufacturing energy management, in order to meet the needs of the green manufacturing strategy is the current domestic and international related hot topics. Manufacturing is the quota for energy consumption quantity standard rational energy specific conditions the manufacturing consumption of unit product. Make the product manufacturing enterprises to promote the quota for energy consumption, energy consumption monitoring and management, improve the production technology and management, has important significance to improve the energy efficiency. The discrete manufacturing industry because of complex structure, the manufacturing energy consumption of the system main body diversity, the manufacturing process of discrete, energy consumption status and energy consumption process dynamic and many other reasons, makes the product manufacturing make the quota for energy consumption relative to the manufacturing process is more complex, difficult To solve system there is no practical solution so far. Therefore, combined with the National Natural Science Foundation and the national high technology research and development program (863 Program) project and other projects, the solution of the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing to develop energy consumption limits are studied, in order to develop the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing to provide basic energy consumption quota solutions and overall framework. Firstly, analysis of the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing to develop complex characteristics related to energy consumption limit. Among them, the complex characteristics of discrete manufacturing system energy consumption including multi energy source characteristics of the system, energy consumption and energy efficiency characteristics of multi-level characteristics and process; complex structure tree features include product and manufacturing energy consumption complex the characteristics of discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption, energy consumption and product manufacturing manufacturing equipment and the dynamic relationship between energy consumption and product manufacturing process Dynamic correlation; complex characteristics including correlation characteristics of manufacturing energy consumption quota and distributed number of manufacturing system in the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption quota formulation, product of infinite diversity leads to great product manufacturing energy consumption limit the number of product types, market life cycle is short of causing manufacturing energy consumption limit short acting, multi-level products making the quota for energy consumption index, constraint characteristics and guiding characteristics of manufacturing energy consumption quota index. Secondly, the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption limit strategy. Including the development strategy for energy consumption limit classification of all discrete manufacturing products: related products and manufacturing system energy consumption limits for general product specification variety is the most the strategy for individual products and large volume, energy consumption, manufacturing technology and production equipment. Unified energy consumption limit made specific product process is relatively mature and determine the strategy. Then, the establishment of the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption quota model. Including the product, structure of manufacturing energy consumption limit machining workpiece product parts and manufacturing process of energy consumption of the most complex structure and mathematical model. The model not only can the energy consumption of the product manufacturing process and to quantify the energy consumption of each link constraint and control in the manufacturing process, is the basis for the implementation of the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption quota formulation. Finally, put forward the discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption quota plan, and analyzed the actual case. The plan includes product related energy consumption quota scheme the components of products, energy consumption limits the development of programs and the mechanical machining scheme of three levels of energy consumption quota for each; The establishment of energy levels include basic database, calculation of energy consumption, energy consumption and energy consumption evaluation of the manufacturing process to determine the limit of four. Formation of the route and method of discrete manufacturing industry product manufacturing energy consumption limit set, and prove the feasibility and possibility of the actual operation through a case study.
