【摘要】:物流外包虽然已经成为我国制造企业在市场经济进程中不断发展的自然需求,但其实践效果却并不理想,很多制造企业并没有通过物流外包获得预期的绩效,甚至出现合作中断、进而失败的现象。目前的相关文献大多基于交易费用理论、资源基础理论等,研究外包的物流活动或其集合体对预期绩效的影响,得出的结论混乱而模糊,缘于忽略了物流外包实际上是物流服务商与客户企业之间二元关系的本质。本文以企业网络理论中的关系嵌入性作为新的视角,研究这种组织间关系质量对物流外包绩效的影响及其作用机制问题。在对相关文献进行系统分析的基础上,本文探索性地将关系行为引入“关系质量—→物流外包绩效”的理论模型中,作为关系质量对物流外包绩效影响机制研究的中介变量,并通过将关系行为划分为合作行为和信息共享行为,将物流外包绩效划分为目标实现和目标超越两个维度,分析关系质量影响目标实现和目标超越的行为传导机制,具体研究内容从物流外包情境下关系质量的结构维度、关系质量对物流外包绩效的影响机制两个层次进一步展开。本文的理论模型和研究假设首先通过实地访谈进行初步验证,然后通过对制造企业进行问卷调研,利用所得的大样本数据进行描述性统计分析、信度和效度检验、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、结构方程分析等,实证检验了相关研究假设,结果表明大部分研究假设得到支持。基于全文的分析论证,最终形成了以下主要结论:(1)物流外包情境下的关系质量是一个多维度的研究构念,可以通过信任、承诺、依赖、专用性投资、感知的机会主义行为和创新六个维度构成的框架体系进行测量。(2)制造企业与物流服务商之间良好的关系质量有利于双方采取合作、信息共享等积极的关系行为。信任、承诺、依赖、专用性投资和创新对合作和信息共享行为均具有显著正向影响,但是制造企业感知物流服务商的机会主义行为未必一定对关系行为产生负面作用。(3)物流外包情境下关系质量对物流外包绩效的影响同时存在直接效应和间接效应两种作用机制。关系质量及各维度不仅对制造企业的物流外包绩效具有显著直接影响,而且通过关系行为的传导机制对其产生间接影响。具体而言,合作和信息共享行为部分中介了关系质量与目标实现的关系;信息共享行为在关系质量和目标超越的关系中起部分中介作用。最后,本文对实证研究结果进行了深入分析与讨论,并探讨了其对制造企业和物流服务商外包实践的管理启示,为双方的关系发展及形成高层次战略联盟提供决策参考依据。
[Abstract]:Although logistics outsourcing has become the natural demand of our manufacturing enterprises in the process of market economy, but its practical effect is not ideal, many manufacturing enterprises have not achieved the expected performance through logistics outsourcing. The current literature is mostly based on transaction cost theory, resource-based theory and so on, to study the impact of outsourcing logistics activities or its aggregation on expected performance. The conclusion is confused and vague because it ignores that logistics outsourcing is the essence of the dual relationship between logistics service providers and customer enterprises. This paper takes the relationship embeddedness in the enterprise network theory as a new perspective. This paper studies the influence of inter-organizational relationship quality on logistics outsourcing performance and its mechanism. Based on the systematic analysis of relevant literature, this paper introduces relationship behavior into "relationship quality". 鈫扞n the theoretical model of Logistics Outsourcing performance, the relationship behavior is divided into cooperative behavior and information sharing behavior, which is the intermediary variable of the research on the influence mechanism of relationship quality on the performance of logistics outsourcing. The performance of logistics outsourcing is divided into two dimensions: goal realization and goal transcendence, and the relationship quality affects the behavior transmission mechanism of goal achievement and goal transcendence. The specific content of the study from the logistics outsourcing context of the structural dimension of relationship quality. The influence mechanism of relationship quality on logistics outsourcing performance is further developed. The theoretical model and research hypothesis of this paper are initially verified by field interviews and then investigated by questionnaire to manufacturing enterprises. Using the large sample data for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation analysis and so on, empirical test of relevant research hypotheses. The results show that most of the research hypotheses are supported. Based on the analysis and argumentation of the full text, the following main conclusions are finally formed: 1) the relationship quality in the context of logistics outsourcing is a multi-dimensional research structure. Can be through trust, commitment, dependence, dedicated investment. Perceived opportunistic behavior and the framework system consisting of six dimensions of innovation are measured. 2) the good quality of the relationship between manufacturing enterprises and logistics service providers is conducive to cooperation between the two sides. Positive relationship behaviors, such as information sharing, trust, commitment, dependence, exclusive investment and innovation, all have significant positive effects on cooperation and information sharing. However, the perceived opportunistic behavior of logistics service providers by manufacturing enterprises may not necessarily have a negative effect on relational behavior. In the context of logistics outsourcing, the influence of relationship quality on logistics outsourcing performance has two mechanisms: direct effect and indirect effect. The relationship quality and its dimensions not only have a significant direct impact on the logistics outsourcing performance of manufacturing enterprises. Ring. In particular, cooperation and information sharing partly mediate the relationship between the quality of the relationship and the achievement of the goal. Information sharing behavior plays an intermediary role in the relationship between relationship quality and goal transcendence. Finally, the empirical research results are deeply analyzed and discussed in this paper. It also discusses its management enlightenment to the outsourcing practice of manufacturing enterprises and logistics service providers, and provides a reference basis for the development of the relationship between the two parties and the formation of a high-level strategic alliance.
