江淮东部城镇发展历史研究

【摘要】：对城镇发展区域性与综合性研究历来受到学术界的重视；在党中央对新型城镇化建设实施与推进的过程中,多次强调城市历史文脉延续的重要性；论文的研究范围主要位于长江、淮河之间,大运河以东的地区,该区域位于首轮国家新型城镇化综合试点省份——江苏省域内。因此,论文针对江淮东部地区城镇的发展历史展开研究,意图在中央倡导的“新型城镇化”战略的基础上适时总结过去的城镇发展历史、城镇化经验、思考城镇发展的演变历程,应能更好地明确发展思路,为进一步健康持续的发展提供历史借鉴。首先,论文分为先秦、秦汉、隋唐宋、明清四个大的历史阶段,运用建筑学、城乡规划学、历史地理学、人口学、社会经济学等方法对江淮东部城镇的发展历史进行历时性论述,并从形成区划、城镇分布密度及城镇形成机制三个方面对各时段的城镇发展历史进行全面分析和归纳总结。在历时性研究基础上,论文通过分层的方法对影响区域城镇形成与发展的各历史要素进行分类提取,并对各要素进行纵向与横向的叠加比较分析,构建江淮东部城镇发展历史的空间网络,进而总结江淮东部城镇体系结构,主要分为因漕运而兴的沿淮扬运河城镇体系、因水文地貌变迁而兴的里下河城镇体系及因盐业而兴的沿海城镇体系。论文对每个城镇体系的发展现状与问题进行阐述,并对城镇体系的变迁和特点,城镇的内部空间形态变迁进行逐一剖析,最后基于历史的视角对每个城镇体系的未来发展提出建议,旨在新型城镇化建设的过程中实现历史文脉的延续。
[Abstract]:In the process of the Party Central Committee's implementation and promotion of new urbanization, the importance of the continuity of urban historical context is emphasized many times. The research scope of this paper is mainly located in the Yangtze River, between the Huaihe River and east of the Grand Canal, which is located in the region of Jiangsu Province, which is the first pilot province of the new type of urbanization in the first round of the country. Based on the strategy of "new urbanization" advocated by the central government, this paper aims to summarize the history of urban development, experience of urbanization, and reflect on the evolution of urban development in the east of Jianghuai region, which is based on the strategy of "new urbanization" advocated by the central government. Firstly, the thesis is divided into four major historical stages: Pre-Qin, Qin and Han dynasties, Sui, Tang and Song dynasties, and Ming and Qing dynasties, using architecture, urban and rural planning, and historical geography. Demography, social economics and other methods are used to discuss the history of the development of towns in the eastern part of the Yangtze River and Huaihe River, and to form the regionalization. On the basis of diachronic research, the urban distribution density and the formation mechanism of cities and towns are comprehensively analyzed and summarized in the history of urban development in each period of time. The paper classifies and extracts the historical elements that affect the formation and development of regional towns by stratified method, and makes a comparative analysis of the vertical and horizontal superposition of the elements to construct the spatial network of the development history of towns in the eastern part of Jianghuai River and Huaihe River. And then summarize the urban system structure in the east of Jianghuai River, mainly divided into the urban system along the Huaiyang Canal, which is developed by water transportation. The Lixiahe urban system and the coastal urban system arising from the changes of hydrology and geomorphology are discussed in this paper, and the development status and problems of each urban system are described, and the changes and characteristics of the urban system are also discussed. Finally, based on the historical perspective, the author puts forward some suggestions for the future development of each town system, in order to realize the continuation of historical context in the process of new urbanization construction.
