【摘要】：随着葡萄产业快速发展,中国成为世界上最大的葡萄生产和消费国。适于广泛种植、经济效益高的葡萄产业已成为主产区提高农民收入,促进农村经济发展的重要推动力。特别是党的十八届五中全会提出五大发展理念后,作为全国主要的种植品种和消费形式,鲜食葡萄产业的健康发展对于改善主产区人民生活水平、缩小城乡差距,实现国民经济协调发展具有重要意义。然而,当前中国鲜食葡萄供应链中利益不协调问题,不但严重影响了种植户的生产积极性,更损害供应链各参与主体的切身利益,因此,如何有效解决利益不协调问题,构建供应链利益协调的长效机制,成为中国农村经济发展中亟待解决的问题。本研究的主要研究对象是鲜食葡萄供应链中各主体间的利益关系及相关行为机理,研究的主要问题是如何改善各主体利益水平,实现供应链利益协调,保障鲜食葡萄产业健康发展。为此,本研究分别应用非合作博弈理论、演化博弈理论、合作博弈理论以及利益相关者理论等,并结合实地调查数据对供应链各主体间利益关系及其行为机理进行深入分析与讨论,研究内容主要分为三个部分：首先,从宏观上分析中国鲜食葡萄供应链现状进行分析,并指出供应链内利益协调性方面存在问题及原因；其次,从微观上对中国典型的鲜食葡萄供应链进行分析,梳理其中各主体的利益水平与利益关系,明确供应链中利益不协调的具体表现；最后分别利用Stackelberg博弈与演化博弈深入分析了鲜食葡萄供应链不同利益联结模式下的整体利益与个体利益、各主体参与合作的行为选择机理并通过Shapley值法构建了鲜食葡萄供应链内合理的利润分配机制,主要研究结论如下：(1)从整体上看,国内葡萄生产与消费的主要形式是鲜食葡萄,其流通主要依赖以批发市场为核心传统流通模式；(2)根据传统模式供应链结构界定其利益主体为种植户、批发商与零售商,在此基础上利用三条典型的鲜食葡萄供应链各主体成本收益数据分析链内利润分配格局,并进一步结合各主体时间投入与流通规模分析其合理性。结果发现,种植户虽然在供应链获得较高利润分配比例,但其在供应链承担较大风险,且投入时间成本高、流通规模小,因此其长期利润水平较低,当前鲜食葡萄供应链利润分配不合理；(3)通过Stackelberg博弈模型分析不同利益联结模式下鲜食葡萄供应链的整体利益与个体利益,发现需要借助外力推动种植户参与合作组织,进而与其他主体形成纵向协作以最大化供应链整体利益;(4)通过演化博弈理论分析了鲜食葡萄供应链各主体参与合作的行为选择机理,发现为了促使鲜食葡萄供应链各主体形成纵向协作关系,需要降低参与成本与控制风险,提高各主体预期收益；(5)基于激励、合理与效率原则,采用Shapley值法构建了鲜食葡萄供应链利润分配优化模型,并结合实际调查数据进行了实证分析,发现在Shapley分配结果中,供应链各主体的利润水平均有所上升,表明合理的利润分配机制能有效改善鲜食葡萄供应链各主体的收益状况,有助于实现供应链利益协调。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the grape industry , China has become the world ' s largest grape production and consumption country . It is suitable for wide planting , the high economic benefit of the grape industry has become the important driving force in the development of the rural economy .
Secondly , this paper analyzes the supply chain of the typical fresh edible grape in China , and sorts out the interests and interests of each main body , and makes clear the concrete expression of the non - coordination of the interests in the supply chain ;
At last , we analyze the overall interests and individual interests of the supply chain of fresh edible grapes by using the game theory and the evolutionary game , respectively . The main research conclusions are as follows : ( 1 ) The main form of the domestic grape production and consumption is fresh edible grapes . ( 2 ) According to the traditional mode supply chain structure , the main body of the supply chain is defined as the planting household , the wholesalers and the retailers . On the basis of this , the profit distribution pattern in the chain is analyzed by the cost - benefit data analysis chain of each main body of the three typical fresh edible grapes supply chain , and the rationality is further combined with the investment and circulation scale of each main body .
( 3 ) By analyzing the overall interests and individual interests of the supply chain of fresh edible grapes under different benefit coupling modes through the game model , we find that it is necessary to promote the farmers to participate in cooperative organizations by external force to maximize the overall benefit of the supply chain ; ( 4 ) To analyze the mechanism of action selection of the main body participation in the supply chain of fresh edible grapes through evolutionary game theory , and find that in order to promote the formation of longitudinal cooperative relations among the main bodies of the fresh food grape supply chain , it is necessary to reduce the participation cost and control risk and improve the expected earnings of the main bodies ;
( 5 ) Based on the principle of incentive , reasonable and efficiency , the profit distribution optimization model of fresh edible grape supply chain is constructed by Shapley value method .
