北京市制造业企业两化融合提升路径研究

【摘要】：随着信息技术在全世界范围内的广泛应用,与国家经济发展密切相关的新型工业化道路研究自改革开放以来在中国也受到越来越多的关注。为了进一步推动产业升级和经济升级方式的转变,我国政府提出了两化融合概念。两化融合既是系统工程,又是创新工作,是我国经济转变方式、调整结构的必然选择,是贯彻落实科学发展观和实现中国梦的重要支撑。对企业而言,两化融合是提升自身创新能力和整体持续竞争力的重要选择,是实现经营管理过程信息化、系统化和自动化的必然手段,是提高企业经营效益和劳动生产率,降低运营成本,转变发展方式,提高发展质量的重要途径,符合企业转型升级的本质需求。北京作为国内制造业相对成熟的地区之一,提升两化融合的重要性不言而喻。因此,本研究选取北京制造业企业为研究对象,依托两化融合顶层设计决策支持系统研发与示范课题,通过对制造业企业两化融合提升路径问题的研究,为推进两化融合提升过程中的政府宏观政策和企业微观决策提供理论上的参考。首先,本研究通过对现有政策和文献的研究,从两化融合理论的提出发展、信息化与工业化关系、两化融合概念、发展阶段与评价体系等角度,总结了两化融合现阶段重要的理论成果,为研究打下了理论基础。接着,基于系统论的视角,结合"趋同"和"技术引进"理论,概括了两化融合的内涵和框架,从两化融合动力机制角度对企业两化融合提升的推力与拉力主导作用做了分析。其次,本研究在导向性、独立性、科学性等原则的指导下,确定了影响北京市制造业企业两化融合关键因素,并基于现有研究提出了各个因素之间的关系假设。然后在北京市经济和信息化委员会的支持下,通过两化融合决策支持系统对北京市制造业企业发放了调查问卷,最终回收了 1127份有效问卷。基于问卷结果,运用结构方程模型对样本数据进行了分析,确定了基础建设、战略支持以及协同创新这三个影响企业两化融合能力的关键影响因素之间的关系。第三,依据各关键影响因素的关系,借助系统动力学理论与方法,对北京市制造业企业两化融合提升路径的动力学特征进行了分析,将北京市制造业企业两化融合系统动力学综合模型分解为企业创新能力子系统、战略支持动力子系统和企业两化融合能力子系统,利用Vensim软件对两化融合的提升路径进行了建模研究,确定了从战略支持到基础建设再到协同创新最后促进制造业企业两化融合能力提升的路径。从参与调研的制造业企业中抽选取了一家企业作为案例,通过实地调研获取了该企业两化融合相关数据,利用模型对结果进行仿真,验证了结论的正确性。最后,基于研究成果,本研究从顶层策略、基础建设、软硬环境、知识共享、反馈提升等多个角度为制造业企业推进两化融合提升提出了政策建议。本论文包含图37幅,表12个,参考文献178篇。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of information technology in the world, the new industrialization road research, which is closely related to the national economic development, has attracted more and more attention since the reform and opening up. In order to further promote the transformation of industrial upgrading and economic upgrading, the government of our country has put forward the concept of "two integration". The two integration of the integration of the concept. It is the system engineering and the innovation work. It is the inevitable choice of the transformation of China's economy and the adjustment of the structure. It is an important support for implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and realizing the Chinese dream. For enterprises, the two integration is an important choice to improve the ability of innovation and the sustainable competitiveness of the whole, and it is to realize the information and systematization of the management process. The necessary means of automation is an important way to improve the business efficiency and labor productivity, reduce the operating cost, change the way of development and improve the quality of development. It is in line with the essential demand of enterprise transformation and upgrading. As one of the relatively mature areas in the domestic manufacturing industry, the importance of lifting the two integration is self-evident. Therefore, this study has been studied. Beijing manufacturing enterprises are selected as the research object, relying on the research and development and demonstration of the two integration top-level design decision support system. Through the research on the two integration and upgrading of the manufacturing enterprise, it provides the theoretical reference for the government macro policy and the enterprise micro decision-making in the process of the two integration and promotion. After the study of the existing policies and literature, from the perspective of the development of the two integration theory, the relationship between information and industrialization, the concept of the two integration, the stage of development and the evaluation system, the important theoretical results of the two integration are summarized, and the theoretical foundation is laid out for the research. Then, based on the system theory, the "convergence" and "technology" are combined. Introduce the theory, summarize the connotation and frame of the two integration, analyze the thrust and the leading role of the two integration of enterprise from the angle of the two fusion power mechanism. Secondly, under the guidance of guiding, independent, scientific and other principles, this study determines the key factors of the two integration of the manufacturing enterprises in Beijing. With the support of the Beijing city economy and Information Committee, the questionnaire of Beijing manufacturing enterprises was sent out by the two integration decision support system, and 1127 valid questionnaires were recovered. On the basis of the analysis, the relationship between the three key factors that affect the two integration ability of enterprises is determined. Third, based on the relationship between the key factors and the system dynamics theory and method, the dynamic characteristics of the two fusion upgrading path of the manufacturing enterprises in Beijing are carried out. In the analysis, the integrated dynamic model of the two fusion system of Beijing manufacturing enterprises is decomposed into the enterprise innovation capability subsystem, the strategic support power subsystem and the enterprise two fusion ability subsystem. The Vensim software is used to model the upgrading path of the two fusion, and the strategic support, the infrastructure construction and the synergy are determined. Innovation finally promotes the path to improve the two integration ability of manufacturing enterprises. From the manufacturing enterprises participating in the investigation, a enterprise is selected as a case. Through field research, it obtains the two integration related data of the enterprise, and simulates the results using the model to verify the correctness of the conclusion. Finally, based on the research results, this study is based on the research results. From the top level strategy, infrastructure, soft and hard environment, knowledge sharing, feedback promotion and so on, this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the promotion of the two integration and promotion of manufacturing enterprises.
