Risk Management of the Oil and Gas Project in PJSC LUKOIL

本文以俄罗斯石油和天然气PJSC（公共股份公司）LUKOIL为研究对象,目的是对公司油气项目面临的风险及如何应对进行研究。本文在风险类型系统化的基础上,识别了油气项目中的主要风险。在外部风险中,本文确定了政治,宏观经济风险,金融风险,法律风险,建筑风险和地质风险的类别。本文建议对以下类别的内部风险进行分析:生产活动的风险,支持活动的风险,流通领域的风险以及管理领域的风险。本文介绍了有关石油和天然气公司的石油开采和提炼部门对这些风险的专家评估结果,并提出了有关企业风险管理的建议。论文研究的基础数据来自媒体出版物,互联网信息材料,当前国家档案馆的材料,双边协议和条约。该研究的方法论基础有可持续发展的概念,生产数字化的概念,生产生命周期的理论,组织风险管理流程。论文实际数据使用来自俄罗斯卢克石油公司的实际石油和天然气项目。根据本文研究工作的需要,部分研究数据来自于二手数据。本文的结论和建议对改善石化企业的项目管理具有参考作用。
