泰国Pencil and Hammer供应商管理优化

  铅笔和锤公司是一个专业做室内设计和帮助客户完成设计和装潢的建筑公司。该公司成立不久,对于供应链管理方面还有很大提高的空间。本论文从研究分析这个公司目前所面临的状况入手,分析该公司存在的问题,然后用供应链管理知识来解决该公司面临的困难,帮助该公司在市场上提升其专业性和改善效率。期望的结果是,该公司能够通过拥有一个更加顺畅的工作流程,从而使其更具有竞争力,在供应链管理方面更高效,同供应商合作,在成本、质量、物流和产能方面使供应商有更好的控制。在分析了这个公司之后,发现一些问题,比如产品质量信息误导,不合理的供应价格和供应商较低的绩效表现。本论文将给出利于该公司发展的解决办法。
