中国在柬埔寨建设项目绩效影响因素研究

　　建筑业通过基础设施建设在经济发展中发挥重要作用,并带动经济增长。柬埔寨的建筑业在整个国家,特别是在首都,发展非常迅速。同时,大多数项目都遇到许多问题和复杂问题。因此,本文的目的是确定在柬埔寨的中国建设项目绩效的关键因素,这些因素根据项目所有者,顾问和承包商的看法确定了关键因素。本研究采用相对重要指标RII和Pearson相关性作为方法。该调查收集了122位受访者的问卷,其中65位柬埔寨人和57位中国人组成,其中43位受访者为项目所有者,23位受访者为顾问,56位受访者为承包商。可靠性测试表明,使用Cronbach’s Alpha 0.877,所有数据都是可靠的。相对重要指数的结果表明,材料的价格和项目现金流量是影响柬埔寨建设项目绩效的最重要因素,也是继最佳实践之后项目经理的领导才能,物料和设备成本的另一个重要因素以及其他人员,工作组的经验,是否符合规范,是否有胜任的人员以及设备和原材料的质量。就数量十个小组因素而言,项目所有者,顾问和承包商定义为,创新和领导小组因素对所有者和承包商最重要,而质量小组因素对顾问则最重要。此外,相关性测试量的十个组因子彼此之间具有良好的相关性。作者建所有者...
