　　许多研究从宏观层面探讨农业发展。最近,许多年轻人决定从事农业项目,不仅仅是像老一辈人那样为了粮食保障,而且是以战略和技术的方式进行实践。目前,坦桑尼亚正在实施工业化政策,目标是使人民经济从低收入向中等收入转变。坦桑尼亚农业在国民经济中占有重要地位,也面临着许多挑战。几十年来,当地一直在进行农业生产,许多家庭这样做只是为了粮食保障。如果要将农业从地方一级转变为高度和潜在的可持续发展水平必须鼓励农业项目。本研究旨在找出影响农业项目可持续性的因素,并对其进行评估,以确定哪些因素比其他因素更重要,最后提出改善坦桑尼亚农业项目可持续性的策略。被学问的人开展的农业项目,可以给那些刚从学校和大学毕业的上未有工作的年轻一代带来更多的关注和启发。不同的文献讨论了影响农业项目可持续性的各种因素,本研究借助这些文献识别出可持续性因素,并将其分为经济、环境和社会三个可持续性维度。资本、营销、创新与技术、教育与知识、基础设施、利益相关者管理、自然资源管理和政府政策法规是本研究确定的因素,其中一些因素在多个维度上相互作用,以政府政策法规为例。本研究同时使用一手和二手数据,二手数据来自于深入的文献回顾、网站等,一手...
