两栖登陆作战方案的规划与评估分析

【摘要】：登陆作战是维护海洋权益、进行国家统一的重要手段,我军迫切需要增强登陆作战能力,提高登陆作战水平。在装备技术一定的情况下,登陆作战方案的优劣是决定登陆作战成败的关键性因素。优良的登陆作战方案能够有效地提升登陆作战的成功率,倍化登陆作战能力。因此对登陆作战方案规划进行研究十分必要。鉴于登陆作战组织复杂、影响因素众多、不确定性强的特点,很有必要针对登陆作战方案规划构建一套合理可行的辅助分析方法。本文主要研究工作如下:1)通过对登陆作战上陆战斗阶段的特点与难点进行分析,确定了登陆作战方案规划过程中所需用到的理论以及方法,提出了登陆作战方案规划的总体框架。2)结合登陆作战特点,从环境态势与兵力态势两方面对登陆目标区域进行态势分析。基于战斗力指数对登陆目标区域的兵力态势进行定量分析,为登陆场的选取以及作战兵力需求计算打下基础。针对登陆场选取问题,建立全面的登陆场评估指标体系,采用层次分析法对登陆场进行选取。3)在已选定的登陆场的基础上,将战场状态转移模型与博弈论的思想相结合,确定登陆作战原始行动方案;采用任务分解的方法对行动方案进行细化;借鉴MDLS(Multidimensional dynamic list scheduling)算法的思想对行动方案进行资源分配,最终完成登陆作战方案的规划。4)针对不同登陆方式下不同登陆作战方案在作战部署、作战能力、保障能力以及作战效果方面的不同,结合作战方案属性指标与基于兰彻斯特方程分析的效果指标,构建登陆作战方案评估指标体系进行评估。5)结合具体想定,按照本文提出的登陆作战方案规划方法进行方案规划,对生成的方案进行评估分析,得出较为合理的登陆作战方案。本文紧紧围绕登陆作战的特点与难点,提出一套登陆作战上陆战斗阶段的作战方案规划方法,结合某典型登陆作战想定下的作战剖面展开具体作战方案的规划及分析。结果表明,本论文所研究的方法具有一定的可行性,能对登陆作战方案的规划提供较好理论参考意义。
[Abstract]:Landing operation is an important means to safeguard the rights and interests of the sea and to unify the country. Our army urgently needs to enhance the capability of landing operations and improve the level of landing operations. The advantages and disadvantages of landing operations are the key factors to determine the success or failure of landing operations. A good landing plan can effectively enhance the success rate of landing operations. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the plan of landing operations. In view of the complex organization of landing operations, many influential factors and strong uncertainty. It is necessary to build a set of reasonable and feasible auxiliary analysis method for the landing combat plan. The main research work in this paper is as follows: 1) through the analysis of the characteristics and difficulties of landing combat on land combat stage. The theory and method used in the process of landing combat plan planning are determined, and the overall framework. 2) of landing combat plan planning is proposed. The situation of landing target area is analyzed from two aspects of environment situation and force situation, and the force situation of landing target area is analyzed quantitatively based on combat effectiveness index. It lays a foundation for the selection of landing field and the calculation of combat force requirement. Aiming at the problem of landing field selection, a comprehensive evaluation index system of landing field is established. On the basis of the selected landing field, the battlefield state transition model is combined with the game theory to determine the original action plan of the landing field. The method of task decomposition is used to refine the action plan. Using the idea of MDLS(Multidimensional dynamic list scheduling algorithm for resource allocation. The final completion of the landing combat plan planning. 4) for different landing modes of different landing operations in different plans in combat deployment, combat capabilities, support capabilities and combat effectiveness of the different aspects. Combined with the combat plan attribute index and the effect index based on Lanchester equation analysis, the target system of landing combat plan evaluation is constructed. 5) combined with concrete scenario. According to the plan planning method proposed in this paper, the scheme is evaluated and analyzed, and a more reasonable landing operation plan is obtained. This paper closely revolves around the characteristics and difficulties of landing operations. This paper puts forward a set of operational plan planning method for landing operation on land combat stage, and carries out the planning and analysis of the specific combat plan combined with the operational profile of a typical landing operation. The results show that. The method studied in this paper is feasible and can provide a good theoretical reference for the plan of landing operation.
