【摘要】：社区弹性是社区应对经济、社会、政治、环境变化带来的外来压力和扰动的能力,从社区弹性的角度来研究沈阳铁西区的改造转型,为开展社区弹性相关研究探索了新的领域与研究方法,也为当前我国其他城市老工业区建设提供科学参考依据。本文利用问卷调查得到的一手数据,运用统计分析、地理探测器方法,分析沈阳铁西区不同社区弹性差异及影响因素,进而分析沈阳铁西区社区弹性形成原因,并探讨了应对策略。论文主要包括以下四方面内容:(1)沈阳铁西区单位社区和商品房社区展现出不同的弹性特征,其中,商品房社区社会弹性、制度弹性、社区资本的分值高于单位社区,而单位社区的经济弹性、物质弹性的分值高于商品房社区。另外,沈阳铁西区居民个人与住房属性在不同维度的社区弹性(社会弹性、经济弹性、制度弹性、物质弹性、社区资本)上具有不同的相关性。(2)地理探测器分析表明,物质弹性、制度弹性对于社区资本有着较为显著地影响作用,而社会弹性、经济弹性对社区资本的影响作用相对较小。(3)本文从制度转型、地方政府、经济发展、社区服务和社会与个人五方面基层动力,分析沈阳铁西区社区弹性形成的原因,另外,从空间效应和居民感知评价两方面来综合解释沈阳铁西区社区弹性的空间分异和要素差异。(4)本文从社会弹性、经济弹性、制度弹性、物质弹性四方面提出增强沈阳铁西区社区弹性的对策建议。社区管理部门及居民自治组织应充分发挥作用,做好日常管理工作,提供就业培训等;政府应加大力度完善社区规划、周边基础设施等方面;另外,需要居民积极主动地参与社区文化活动等,以增强居民对社区的归属感。
[Abstract]:Community resilience is the ability of community to deal with the external pressure and disturbance brought by economic, social, political and environmental changes. The transformation of Tiexi District in Shenyang is studied from the perspective of community resilience. In order to carry out community elasticity related research to explore new areas and research methods, but also for other cities in China to provide a scientific reference for the construction of old industrial zones. By means of statistical analysis and geographical detector method, the paper analyzes the difference of elasticity in different communities in Tiexi District of Shenyang and its influencing factors, and then analyzes the reasons for the formation of community elasticity in Tiexi District of Shenyang City. The paper mainly includes the following four aspects: 1) the unit community and the commercial housing community in Tiexi District of Shenyang show different elastic characteristics, among which, the social elasticity and institutional flexibility of the commercial housing community. The score of community capital is higher than that of unit community, and the economic elasticity and material elasticity of unit community are higher than that of commercial housing community. The community elasticity (social elasticity, economic elasticity, institutional elasticity, material elasticity) of the individual and housing attributes of the residents in Tiexi District of Shenyang City in different dimensions. The analysis of geographical detector shows that the material elasticity and institutional elasticity have a significant effect on community capital, while social elasticity has a significant impact on community capital. The impact of economic elasticity on community capital is relatively small.) this article from the institutional transformation, local government, economic development, community service and social and personal five grassroots power. Analysis of the formation of community elasticity in Tiexi, Shenyang reasons, in addition. From two aspects of spatial effect and residents' perception evaluation to explain the spatial differentiation and element difference of community elasticity in Tiexi District of Shenyang. 4) this paper discusses the social elasticity, economic elasticity and institutional elasticity. The four aspects of material elasticity put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance community elasticity in Tiexi District of Shenyang. Community management departments and residents' autonomous organizations should give full play to their roles, do a good job of daily management, provide employment training and so on. The government should strengthen efforts to improve community planning, peripheral infrastructure and other aspects; In addition, residents should actively participate in community cultural activities in order to enhance their sense of belonging to the community.
