许昌市社区矫正工作调查报告

【摘要】：社区矫正是一种全新的司法实践,这一方式对社会有着重要的推动作用,现在对社区矫正方面的关注度也相应的有所上升,很多学者逐渐在该领域进行深入的研究。一定程度上,社区矫正是优于传统刑罚制度的,因为社区矫正是比较人性化的矫正制度。目前,矫正制度在全世界都得到了重视,逐渐成为人们研究的焦点。许多国家通过实践去证明了社区矫正能够使得服刑人员从此减少犯罪,社区矫正在一定程度上维护了社会的治安,而且还能有效的克服禁刑的弊端,更加有利于罪犯通过社区矫正后更快的回归社会。相对于监狱服刑的方式,社区矫正是一种更好来维护社会治安的方法。本文以河南省许昌市社区矫正为案例进行分析,采用访谈法、文献资料法,对河南省许昌市社区矫正工作进行了一轮详细的调查,调查发现河南省许昌市社区矫正工作尚存在许多的不足的地方,笔者希望通过实地采访去了解许昌市社区的具体的矫正情况,并为许昌市的社区矫正工作提出个人的部分建议,为社区矫正体系献出自己的一份力量,希望政府机构能够对许昌市的社区矫正得到一定的重视。
[Abstract]:Community correction is a new judicial practice, this way has an important role in promoting the society, now the attention to community correction has also increased accordingly. To a certain extent, community correction is superior to the traditional penal system, because community correction is a more humane correction system. Correction system has been paid attention to all over the world, and has gradually become the focus of research. Many countries have proved through practice that community correction can reduce the number of prisoners. Community correction to a certain extent to maintain social order, but also can effectively overcome the drawbacks of the prohibition, more conducive to criminals through community correction after a faster return to society. Community correction is a better way to maintain social security. This paper takes Xuchang City, Henan Province as a case study, using the method of interview and literature. A detailed investigation on the community correction work in Xuchang City, Henan Province has been carried out, and it is found that there are still many deficiencies in the community correction work in Xuchang City, Henan Province. The author hopes to understand the specific situation of community correction in Xuchang city through field interviews, and put forward some personal suggestions for the community correction work in Xuchang city, and give their own strength for the community correction system. We hope that government agencies can pay attention to community correction in Xuchang City.
