【摘要】：民营经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,民营企业作为民营经济的主力,已经成为我国国民经济发展的生力军,它对于增加就业,推动经济发展,活跃市场,促进创新具有重要作用。三十余年来民营企业的发展状况直接关系到我国经济是否能够平稳健康的发展和社会的稳定。民营企业思想政治工作作为民营企业发展的一个方面,随着民营企业的逐渐壮大,其重要性也越来越凸显。民营企业思想政治工作有必要走在企业发展的前端,为企业的发展提供强大的精神力量和智力支持。然而,在现实中,民营企业思想政治工作的开展还存在许多问题。因此,为了深入分析民营企业思想政治工作开展中的问题,为了让各界重视民营企业思想政治工作的发展,为了提高民营企业思想政治工作的时效性,为了民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”的实现,本文从四个部分论述了当代民营企业思想政治工作的发展问题。第一部分:绪论。首先对文章的选题背景及研究意义做了介绍,其次考察了国内外对民营企业思想政治工作研究的现状,进而阐述了文章的研究思路和研究方法,最后在对文章总结的基础上,说明了文章的创新和不足。第二部分:民营企业思想政治工作相关概述。从民营企业的内涵和特征以及民营企业思想政治工作的内涵、特点和功能入手,在充分了解民营企业思想政治工作的基础上,探索了民营企业思想政治工作的必要性和重要性,指出民营企业思想政治工作有助于提高企业员工素质,凝聚企业人心,进而推动企业健康快速发展。第三部分:民营企业思想政治工作的现状。本部分是论文写作的核心。首先,分析了民营企业思想政治工作所取得的成绩。民营企业、政府越来越重视思想政治工作,对思想政治工作的关注程度也在不断提高,并且开展民营企业思想政治工作也有效地缓解了劳资矛盾。其次,分析了民营企业思想政治工作存在的问题。政府、企业主以及企业员工对民营企业思想政治工作的意识淡薄,进而导致民营企业思想政治工作得不到很好的贯彻,加上民营企业思想政治工作内容单一、形式僵化,导致许多民营企业思想政治工作举步维艰。最后,针对所面临的问题阐释了问题产生的主要原因。主要是因为政府、企业主以及企业员工对企业思想政治工作的重视还不足、民营企业思想政治工作的组织机构不健全、民营企业思想政治工作队伍建设的缺失以及企业文化建设不力。第四部分:民营企业思想政治工作建设的路径。本部分是论文研究的重点。从五个方面,探索民营企业思想政治工作建设的主要路径。从思想政治工作主体的角度,加强政府和民营企业对思想政治工作的认识,增强重视程度;建立民营企业思想政治工作发展壮大的新环境,进而为企业思想政治工作的推进营造良好的环境;完善民营企业思想政治工作组织机构,健全民营企业党组织、工会和妇联以及政工部门,使民营企业的思想政治工作有领导、有组织、有计划地开展;丰富民营企业思想政治工作的内容和方法,使民营企业思想政治工作既具有针对性也具有时代感;加强民营企业思想政治工作企业文化载体建设,使民营企业的企业文化既具有厚重的文化底蕴,又与思想政治教育紧密相关,还具有自身特色,从而为企业思想政治工作服务,推进民营企业的发展。总之,民营企业思想政治工作不仅对于企业自身发展至关重要,对于整个经济社会稳定良性发展也是必不可少的。本文在理论和实践探索的基础上,对民营企业思想政治工作问题进行相关分析和路径探索,力图为我国民营企业的进一步发展提供一定的借鉴和启示。
