财产型罪犯的思想政治教育策略研究

【摘要】：随着我国市场经济的快速发展,我国在政治、经济以及文化建设方面成果斐然,然而由于多元文化的碰撞以及利益矛盾的交织,也导致财产型犯罪率进一步升高,因此财产型罪犯的教育与改造问题得到了国家与社会的高度关注。财产型罪犯思想政治教育有着独特的内涵,体现出了困难性、复杂性以及反复性等鲜明特点。在新时期的新形势下,加强财产型罪犯思想政治教育具有高度的必要性,是维护社会和谐稳定的现实需要,是落实以人为本改造理念、保障罪犯切身利益的根本途径,是维护狱内安全、优化监狱教育管理工作的客观需要,更是促进财产型罪犯向着守法公民转化的必然选择。研究在对财产型罪犯思想政治教育现状的调查及分析的基础上,总结财产型罪犯思想政治教育取得的一系列的成绩,提出财产型罪犯思想政治教育存在的问题,包括对财产型罪犯思想政治教育的重视不足、监狱各项机制的不完善、监狱民警队伍综合教育素质欠缺以及财产型罪犯自身的局限性等。为此,针对财产型罪犯思想政治教育的现存的基本问题,提出优化和创新财产型罪犯思想政治教育的策略。当前开展财产型罪犯的思想政治教育应始终坚持马克思主义的科学指导,以社会主义核心价值观为思想引领,坚持因人施教、分类施教以及理论结合实践的原则,进一步加强财产型罪犯思想政治教育模式的创新。并优化财产型罪犯思想政治教育的机制,加强人才队伍的建设,不断引导财产型罪犯开展自我教育,从而提升财产型罪犯思想政治教育的实效性,开创监狱思想政治教育的新局面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, our country has made great achievements in politics, economy and cultural construction. However, due to the collision of multiculturalism and the interweaving of conflicts of interests, it also leads to a further increase in the crime rate of property type. Therefore, the education and reform of property criminals are highly concerned by the state and society. The ideological and political education of property criminals has a unique connotation, which embodies the distinct characteristics of difficulty, complexity and repetition. Under the new situation in the new period, it is highly necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of property-type criminals, which is the realistic need to maintain social harmony and stability, and is the fundamental way to carry out the idea of people-oriented reform and protect the vital interests of criminals. It is the objective need to maintain the security in prison and optimize the management of prison education. It is also an inevitable choice to promote the transformation of property criminals to law-abiding citizens. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, this paper sums up a series of achievements in the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, and points out the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals. It includes the insufficient attention to the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, the imperfection of various prison mechanisms, the lack of comprehensive education quality of the prison police and the limitations of the property-type criminals themselves. Therefore, aiming at the existing basic problems of the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, this paper puts forward the strategies of optimizing and innovating the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals. At present, the ideological and political education of property-type criminals should always adhere to the scientific guidance of Marxism, take the socialist core values as the ideological guidance, adhere to the principles of teaching by people, teaching by classification and combining theory with practice. We should further strengthen the innovation of the ideological and political education model of property criminals. It also optimizes the mechanism of ideological and political education for property-type criminals, strengthens the construction of qualified personnel, and continuously guides the property-type criminals to carry out self-education so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for property-type criminals. To create a new situation of ideological and political education in prisons.
