【摘要】：公平正义是古往今来世界各地不断苦苦追求探索的的目标,是人类崇高的事业,是美好社会的基石。无论是柏拉图在《理想国》中所描绘的“哲学家”、“士兵”、“农民”各司其职的城邦,还是《礼记》中对于大同、小康社会的具体描述;无论是马克思、恩格斯在《共产党宣言》中呐喊建立的的“自由人的联合体”,还是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,无一不体现着人们对于公平正义的不懈追求。但对于什么是公平正义则是众说纷纭,各国社会公平正义事业的现实发展也各有不同。新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放30多年来,中国经济社会发展日新月异,人们幸福满意感不断增强,中国逐步成为世界关注的焦点,世界期待从中国的社会发展中寻找可借鉴的“中国方案”。因此,在当下对中国特色社会公平正义思想进行研究在理论和实践层面都具有重大的意义。本文由绪论、四个章节和结语等六个部分组成,文章以“中国特色社会主义公平正义思想”为研究主题,立足学术界现有研究成果,植根于中国和世界社会公平正义事业的发展,坚持中国特色和世界眼光,从其理论根基——马克思恩格斯的公平正义思想、文化底蕴——中国传统思想文化中的社会公平正义思想、有力借鉴——西方思想理论中的公平正义思想三个方面探求中国特色社会主义公平正义思想的理论渊源;进而梳理了中国特色社会主义公平正义思想的形成发展过程。在此基础上,分析了中国特色社会主义公平正义思想的主要内容、特点及其当代价值。最后,对如何实现中国特色社会主义公平正义提出了若干思考。
[Abstract]:Fairness and justice are the goals of pursuing and exploring all over the world. They are the lofty cause of mankind and the cornerstone of a better society. Whether it is the "philosopher", "soldier", "peasant" described by Plato in the Republic, or the specific description of a well-off society in Datong and the Book of Rites; whether Marx, The union of free man founded by Engels in the Manifesto of the Communist Party, or the Chinese Dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, embodies the unremitting pursuit of fairness and justice. However, there are different opinions on what is fair and justice, and the realistic development of social fairness and justice varies from country to country. Since the founding of New China, especially in the more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has been changing with each passing day, people's sense of happiness and satisfaction has been continuously enhanced, and China has gradually become the focus of attention of the world. The world looks forward to looking for a Chinese solution from China's social development. Therefore, it is of great significance in theory and practice to study the thought of social fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics. This paper is composed of six parts, such as introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The article takes "the thought of fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics" as the research theme, and bases itself on the existing research results in academic circles. Rooted in the development of the fair and just cause of China and the world society, adhering to the Chinese characteristics and world vision, from its theoretical foundation-Marx and Engels' fair and just thought, The cultural connotation-the social fair and just thought in the Chinese traditional thought culture, has the power to draw lessons from-the western thought theory fair and just thought three aspects seeks the Chinese characteristic socialism fair justice thought the theory origin; And then combed the formation and development process of the thought of fairness and justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. On this basis, this paper analyzes the main contents, characteristics and contemporary value of the thought of fairness and justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Finally, it puts forward some thoughts on how to realize the fairness and justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
