【摘要】:教化作为古代社会治理的重要手段,对维护统治政权、规范社会秩序具有重要作用。文章据中国传统儒表法里的治国方略,提出广义层面的教化包括刑教与礼教,二者互为表里。左宗棠是晚清同治中兴名臣之一,"以平回乱,复新疆为最伟"。文章以左宗棠平定陕甘回民起事、收复新疆为事件脉络,依据历史文献资料,运用马克思主义理论和历史学的解释与分析、比较与综合等研究方法,从宏观与微观、历史与现实、理论与实践相结合等角度进行研究;遵循实事求是的原则,客观系统地论述了左宗棠民族教化活动;并在实践基础上总结了左宗棠民族教化思想内容、特征与历史影响;最后总结出一些能为当今所用的历史经验和教训。全文共分六章,分别从左宗棠民族教化思想的产生背景、左宗棠民族教化思想与实践的主要构成、左宗棠民族教化思想与实践的评价与启示等主题出发,对左宗棠民族教化思想与实践进行系统探究。各章具体内容安排如下:第一章绪论。主要介绍了研究的缘起、关于左宗棠研究的历史现状、研究设计、可能创新等。第二章左宗棠民族教化思想的产生。本章首先立足于传统中国"儒表法里"的治国方略,对"民族教化"的概念进行了新的阐释,认为广义上的教化分为"刑教"与"礼教"两个方面。"左宗棠民族教化"问题正是探讨处理西事过程中,对民众(尤其针对起事的回民)剿抚兼施、施以教化以维护社会稳定的过程。在此基础上,笔者按照左宗棠处理西事(靖乱抚绥)的先后顺序,又将"刑教"与"礼教"具体操作化为"安民"、"富民"、"化民"三个部分,并对文章的主体内容(安民、富民、化民)的逻辑结构作一概述。接下来文章在晚清内外交困的社会环境下,从理论渊源与现实依据两个方面对左宗棠民族教化思想的产生进行了全面的论述。从理论基础上看左宗棠的民族教化思想以传统理学为圭臬,同时又对理学发展,有经世实学的特点。左宗棠家庭教育背景、个人实学积淀、师友等人相关思想的影响构成了左宗棠民族教化思想的现实依据。第三章安民思想与实践。该章论述了陕甘回民起事与新疆动乱产生背景以及左宗棠平定陕甘回民起事与平定新疆动乱的实践,并对安民思想做一总结。第四章富民思想与实践。该章从人口管理与社会秩序重构、恢复发展农业、振兴工商业三个角度系统介绍了事后左宗棠振兴西北经济的实践举措,并对富民思想做一总结。第五章化民思想与实践。该章从社会精英教育、社会大众教育、禁绝回民传习新教三个方面探讨了左宗棠在西北的文教实践,并对化民思想做一总结。安民、富民、化民共同构成了左宗棠民族教化的主体内容。第六章左宗棠的民族教化思想与实践评价与启示。本章首先从原则、方法、目的三个层次对左宗棠民族教化思想特征做一概括。然后对左宗棠民族教化思想与实践的积极影响与局限性进行了思考。最后结合实际,在评析左宗棠民族教化功过是非的基础上,汲取其中的合理因素,探讨了它对当今社会尤其是民族思想政治教育的启发意义,主要表现为民族和谐是经济发展、政治稳定的先决条件;经济发展是民族和谐与社会稳定的根本保证;增强中华民族的文化认同是民族和谐的久远之策。
[Abstract]:Education as an important means of ancient social governance, to maintain the ruling regime, regulate social order plays an important role.
