【摘要】：当前我国社会心态整体发展态势不佳,各种新的心理问题如抑郁症、焦虑症等成为时下流行的“时代病”,同时社会成员中开始出现浮躁、暴戾、冷漠等消极社会心态。社会心态日渐成为当前社会科学研究的热点和趋势,同时也成为党和政府开展社会治理的一个重要内容。作为未来社会主体的大学生的社会心态发展态势也不容乐观,部分大学生存在政治信仰迷茫、理想信念不坚定、价值取向歪曲、社会责任意识缺乏、意志品质弱化等现象,甚至因心态问题出现自杀和他杀事件。“大学生积极社会心态的培育”日渐成为开展大学生思想政治教育的新视角,而“如何培育大学生的积极社会心态”也日益成为当前高校思想政治教育亟待研究的重要课题。本文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,立足于理论与实践的有机统一,围绕大学生积极社会心态这一中心展开论述。首先,对社会心态、积极社会心态和大学生积极社会心态进行论述。指出积极社会心态是在一定的历史时期内服务于国家和社会当前发展需要,促进社会成员自由全面发展,并能发挥关键和核心作用的那些积极、正向的社会心态。同时指出大学生的自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上社会心态构成大学生积极社会心态的主要内容,其中大学生自尊自信社会心态是大学生积极社会心态形成的基础,大学生理性平和社会心态是大学生积极社会心态形成的保障,大学生积极向上社会心态是大学生积极社会心态培育的归宿。其次,对大学生积极社会心态的社会现实进行了探索。对照大学生“自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上”的社会心态的内涵和外延,对当代大学生在“自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上”社会心态的现状进行了分析,指出它们在发展中存在的良好态势及妨碍它们形成的主要问题,并指出当前社会的主要矛盾和问题、不良信息的传播、高校教育管理的科学化和人性化水平不足以及大学生主体的局限是导致当前大学生积极社会心态形成中存在主要问题的主要原因。再次,对大学生积极社会心态的培育进行探讨。指出要遵循多样性和主导性、意识性和现实性、整体性和个体性以及“疏”和“导”相结合的培育原则;要采取理论灌输、精神引领、制度约束、诉求回应及心态疏通的培育策略;并分类提出大学生积极社会心态培育的主要措施,指出要通过解决当前社会主要矛盾、加强社会舆论的导向、加强理论灌输和引导来培育大学生自尊自信社会心态。发挥社会主义核心价值观念的价值标杆作用,通过日常教育、服务和管理的价值引导和错误价值观念的疏导来培育大学生理性平和社会心态。通过发挥“中国梦”对个人梦想与国家梦想的整合作用,培养大学生的参政意识和行为,提升社会实践的深度和广度来培育大学生积极向上的社会心态。
