【摘要】：自2007年中国共产党十七大提出推进马克思主义大众化这一具有深远意义的时代课题以来,十余年期间人们对马克思主义大众化的研究热度如一,这既是推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业的内在要求,又是马克思主义本质属性和本质要求的体现。只有将马克思主义特别是当代中国马克思主义转化为能够被最广大人民群众所理解、所掌握的最为朴素的通俗易懂的理论,才能不断推进中国特色社会主义事业的发展。人类社会进入21世纪以来,无论从发展的速度和规模,还是发展的质量和品质,都呈现出前所没有的态势。在这种态势下,新问题、新难题、新课题不断出现。特别是青海藏区新问题、新难题、新课题更是层出不穷。这就要求我们不断学习、不断思考、不断解决实际问题。在中国,特别是青海藏区,在我们解决这些实际问题的过程中,理论如何走向大众化这一时代命题成为找到解决实际问题的钥匙。青海藏区的建设迫切需要加强思想舆论引导,加强党的理论创新成果的宣传普及,加强党的路线方针政策的宣传阐释,大力推进当代中国马克思主义大众化。本文从五个方面研究了青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化问题。第一部分绪论。一是说明研究的背景与意义,大众化是马克思主义内在的要求,当代中国马克思主义大众化是有中国特色社会主义建设事业发展的客观需要,社会主义核心价值观践行的现实需求,青海藏区需要实现当代中国马克思主义大众化。二是综述国内外研究状况。三是概说研究思路与方法。第二部分青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的基本特征与理论依据。一是阐明当代中国马克思主义大众化的概念。二是阐述青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的基本特征,民族性,人民性,层次性,动态性。三是论述青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的理论依据,马克思主义经典作家关于理论大众化的思想,马克思主义经典作家的民族观,马克思主义的灌输思想,思想政治教育理论,政治传播理论,政治社会化理论。第三部分青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的客观必然与现实可能。一是论述青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的客观必然,马克思主义大众化是由马克思主义的本质决定的,当代中国马克思主义大众化走向深入的内在需要,青海藏区社会经济发展的客观要求。二是阐述青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的现实可能,青海藏区马克思主义大众化具有较充分条件,青海藏区经济社会的发展奠定了基本的社会基础,青海藏区民族干部素质显著提高提供了智力支持。第四部分青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的调查、困境与原因。一是青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的调查与分析,调研说明,调查对象的基本情况,主要的调研问题,调研分析。二是分析青海藏区推进当代中国马克思主义大众化的现实困境,当代中国马克思主义同青海藏区大众还存在“距离感”,青海藏区部分党员干部的马克思主义信仰动摇,不良社会思潮的监管机制尚不健全,部分社会阶层未能共享改革开放的成果。三是阐述青海藏区推进当代中国马克思主义大众化困境的原因,民族意识与宗教信仰的复杂交织,经济、社会、教育的相对落后,当代中国马克思主义大众化传播面临网络复杂环境的挑战,社会转型期价值观念多样化的冲击,世界范围内的社会主义事业遭遇的严重挫折,理论宣传的工作方式和方法落后于时代要求。第五部分青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化的推进路径。首先,了解并理解马克思主义的理论品质与其当代中国化,一是马克思主义是一个完整的科学理论体系,二是不断推进马克思主义中国化,三是当代中国的马克思主义。其次,激发并明确“青海藏区大众”“大众化”的主体性与差异性,一是激发“青海藏区大众”的主体性,二是明确“青海藏区大众”的差异性。第三,培养和造就高素质当代中国马克思主义大众化的“传播者”,一是坚定的政治信念,二是很高的马克思主义素养,三是灵活多样的传播艺术。第四,青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化具体形式的创新,一是语言与文字的民族化与通俗化,二是运用丰富多彩的传播方式,三是实现媒体融合。第五,当代中国马克思主义与青海藏区具体政策的统一,一是当代中国马克思主义与青海藏区具体政策措施的有机结合,二是青海藏区大众从具体政策措施的受惠到认同当代中国马克思主义的自觉。“要把适应新常态、把握新常态、引领新常态作为贯穿发展全局和全过程的大逻辑。”①青海藏区当代中国马克思主义大众化也必须坚持这个“大逻辑”,尊重规律,以创新实现“大众化”的不断推进!
