大学生社团的价值研究

【摘要】：大学生社团是一个很有价值的研究课题,随着国内高等教育的发展,越来越多的人提高了对大学生社团在高校育人领域的认识,也更多地关注到大学生社团的建设。然而,目前有关大学生社团的价值研究少见且不系统,更缺乏对大学生社团本质的探究。因此,本研究基于高等教育大众化下的高校育人体系,在梳理大学生社团起源、产生及发展历程的基础上,以大学生社团及其价值范畴为研究起点,以大学生社团的价值目标为研究主线,着力探索和寻找大学生社团价值矛盾及化解价值矛盾的策略,试图在一定程度解释“大学生社团价值为何”的问题。本研究梳理大学生社团300多年的发展历史,探究了大学生社团的起源、产生及发展。源于欧洲中世纪的学生同乡会、行会组织和团体可以说是现今学生社团最早的形式,但是,这些社团雏形并不等同于现代意义上的大学生社团。真正大学生社团是在大学变成了本科生的生活圈之后,大学受其结构和组织的变革影响,并分化出了一种学生亚文化后,现代意义的大学生社团才得以产生。后来,由于大学生学习生活的需求、高等教育的整体发展以及社会对大学和大学生的影响,大学生社团得以快速发展,并伴随着高等教育的发展而发展。大学生社团的价值关系和价值追求是本研究的重点研究内容之一。本研究从价值关系说的角度,分析了大学生社团的价值主体、价值客体和主客体的关系,认为大学生社团的价值是作为主体的人与作为客体的社团活动及其因活动产生的社团文化和校园文化间的关系,以及作为客体的社团活动、文化是否满足主体人的需要。大学生社团的价值追求属于精神价值,具体表现为娱乐价值、教育价值和审美价值等。本研究还探讨了大学生社团的价值目标及其实现。塑造大学生健全的人格、培养大学生的民主能力、激发大学生的专业学习兴趣、促进大学生的特长发挥、培养大学生的创新精神、提升大学生的心理健康水平是大学生社团的主要价值目标。这六个方面相互渗透、相互依存、相互促进,在本质上是统一的,统一于大学生社团价值主体内在的、客观的需要,统一于大学生社团价值客体外在的、实际的存在。大学生社团的价值目标是大学生社团价值的起点也是其终点,是大学生社团的价值主体和客体需要共同完成的任务,大学生社团的价值目标是大学生社团对其价值主体具备了哪些功能、作用、意义和影响,价值目标的实现则是大学生社团的价值客体完成了对价值主体的某些功能、作用、意义和影响。本研究认为大学生社团价值矛盾主要表现为两个方面,一是大学生社团的价值主体矛盾,二是大学生社团的价值观念冲突。影响大学生社团价值矛盾的主要因素在于大学生社团价值主体的需求冲突和价值观念的多元化,大学生社团的价值矛盾影响了大学生社团价值目标的实现。尽管化解大学生社团的价值矛盾存在许多现实困难,但在遵循一定的原则的基础上,通过大学有效引导和管理、大学生社团的自身治理及社会适时引导,化解大学生社团的价值矛盾也是有路径可依。

This study suggests that community college students value contradiction mainly in two aspects that is a student organization value of the main contradiction, two is the value conflict of College Student Association. The main influencing factors of college students associations is the contradiction of value The diversification of community college students the main value demand and the values of the conflict, contradiction of value of College Students' Association has influenced the students' association value goals. Despite the contradiction of value of College Students' Association to resolve many practical difficulties, but on the basis of follow certain principles, through effective guidance and management of the University, its governance and social community college students timely guide, to resolve the contradiction of value of college students associations is a path to follow.
