【摘要】：运用文献资料法、实地调查法和质的研究方法,依据“理论分析--理论建构--理论检验”的研究范式,从体育、文化与人本质关系出发,探讨大学体育人文教育的内涵、外延、价值、目标、设计与实施,初步建构大学体育人文教育理论,并尝试以“YYY大学”为试点践行理论,探究理论应用过程,检验理论实践效果,进一步完善理论。具体研究架构和主要结论如下：一、大学体育人文教育研究缘起。主要从大学教育发展性使然、体育教育独特性使然、大学体育规定性使然、大学体育偏颇性使然四个现象阐明,大学的发展以及大学生的全面发展需要人文教育；体育教育本身含有独特的人文教育元素；人文教育是大学体育历来就有的育人成分；大学体育重体质轻灵魂、重技能轻文化、重课上轻课下、重功利轻人文的现象积弊很深,进而提出大学体育人文教育研究。二、大学体育人文教育本质。它是以人文关怀为导向,经过规范设计的大学体育文化为载体,濡化体育的文化内涵和人文精神,以潜移默化、润物无声的方式影响学生,促进学生体育文化素养形成和自由而全面发展为目的的体育文化教育。其中,人文体育观是指导思想;体育的文化内涵和人文精神是内容；大学体育文化是载体。三、大学体育人文教育价值。从学生、体育教育和大学的发展需要来看,其主要价值包括：满足学生合理的体育需求,促进学生体育行为自由自觉；促进学生身体、心理和社会适应全面而协调发展；完善体育教育理论,提高体育教育的完整性和系统性；有利于大学文化的传承与创新。四、大学体育人文教育设计与实施。其指导思想是“文化育入”；其机理是大学体育文化濡化的发生机制和大学生主体内化的接受机制构成的互动机制；其途径是以人文关怀为导向,规范设计大学体育文化,包括精神、物质、制度和行为文化中的每一个可能濡化体育的文化内涵和人文精神的要素,创设一个潜移默化、润物无声的育人环境。五、大学体育人文教育实践效果检验。本研究以“YYY大学”为试点践行大学体育人文教育理论,运用质的研究方法将这个实践过程归纳为“诊断—改善—评估”三个环节；评估方法是综合运用文献分析法、观察法、访谈法、三百六十度反馈法和关键事件法获取信息,然后通过分析、比较、综合、概括来判断大学体育人文教育效果；评估结果是大学体育人文教育的实施有效率且有效果地提升了大学生的体育文化素养,促进了大学生自由而全面的发展。
[Abstract]:Using the methods of literature, field investigation and qualitative research, according to the research paradigm of "theoretical analysis-theoretical construction-theory test", this paper discusses the connotation and extension of humanistic education in college physical education from the relationship among sports, culture and human nature. Value, goal, design and implementation, construct the theory of university physical education humanities education, and try to use "YYY University" as a pilot practice theory, explore the application process of theory, test the effect of theory practice. Further improve the theory. The specific research framework and main conclusions are as follows:. First, the origin of the research on the humanities education of university physical education. The development of universities and the all-round development of college students need humanistic education; physical education itself contains unique elements of humanistic education; humanistic education has always been an element of education in university physical education; University sports pay more attention to physical fitness than soul, pay more attention to skills than culture, The phenomenon of attaching importance to utilitarianism and neglecting humanity is very serious, and then puts forward the research of humanities education in college physical education. Second, the essence of humanistic education in college physical education. It is guided by humanistic care, and is a carrier of university sports culture, which is designed as a standard, and influences students in a way that imperceptibly influences students in a way that is imperceptible and silent, so as to embellish the cultural connotation and humanistic spirit of physical education. The aim of sports culture education is to promote the formation and free and all-round development of students' sports cultural literacy, in which the humanistic sports concept is the guiding ideology, the cultural connotation and humanistic spirit of sports is the content, and the university sports culture is the carrier. From the point of view of the development needs of students, physical education and universities, its main values include: meeting students' reasonable sports needs, promoting students' free and conscious sports behavior, promoting students' body, Psychological and social adaptation to comprehensive and coordinated development; improve the theory of physical education, improve the integrity and systematization of physical education; conducive to the inheritance and innovation of university culture. Fourth, the design and implementation of university physical education humanistic education. Its guiding ideology is "culture education", its mechanism is the interactive mechanism of university sports culture acculturation and the acceptance mechanism of college students' subject internalization. The way is to standardize the design of university sports culture, including spirit, material, system and behavior culture, in order to create a subtle influence on the cultural connotation and humanistic spirit of sports. This study uses "YYY University" as a pilot practice to practice the theory of university physical education humanities education, and uses qualitative research method to summarize the practice process into three links: "diagnosis, improvement and evaluation". The evaluation method is comprehensive use of literature analysis method, observation method, interview method, 360 degree feedback method and key event method to obtain information, then through analysis, comparison, synthesis, summary to judge the effect of college physical education humanities education; The result of evaluation is that the implementation of college physical education humanities education is efficient and effective to improve the sports cultural literacy of college students and promote the free and comprehensive development of college students.
