新时期中越大学生思想政治教育比较研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是中国共产党的优良传统和政治优势。改革开放以来中国在大学生思想政治教育领域积累了许多经验,对于越南具有借鉴意义。论文对新时期中越两国大学生思想政治教育进行比较研究,分析两国思想政治教育概念、内容、实践模式及教育效果的异同及原因,总结各自的特点,为提高越南大学生思想政治教育的效果提供可供参考的因素。中越大学生思想政治教育概念和历史发展是中越大学生思想政治教育比较研究的基础问题。随着社会发展,中国思想政治教育概念的内涵和外延日益丰富,越南学界仍未清晰界定思想政治教育的概念,一般认为思想政治教育只是一个工具,目的是使人民产生革命的自觉因素。越南思想政治教育概念的内涵侧重政治性,忽视了教育内涵。新时期中越大学生思想政治教育正呈现出稳定、积极的发展态势,已进入了历史上发展最快的时期,大学生思想政治教育的成效日益显著。越南大学生思想政治教育的发展虽然比中国晚了一步,但不断地改革和完善,也进入了历史上全面发展的时期。中越大学生思想政治教育的内容都包括思想教育、政治教育和道德教育三个方面,两国都把马克思主义理论教育、本土化马克思主义作为重要的教育内容;都强调爱国主义教育、理想信念教育;都注重加强社会主义道德教育。但两国教育的重点不同。中国思想政治教育内容较注重“四有教育”,使人全面发展,但越南注重政治本领的培养;中国共产党强调以马克思主义理论为基础,越南则更强调列宁主义理论;中国当代马克思主义理论教育在内容上侧重突出中国特色社会主义理论体系,越南突出胡志明思想。中越大学生思想政治教育实践模式分为课堂教学实践模式、校园实践活动模式和校外实践活动模式。中越大学生思想政治教育的实践模式有共性,目的都是引导大学生在实践中自主学习,实现自我教育、自我发展;融理论教育与实践教育为一体;把思想政治理论课当作“主渠道”看待,十分重视课堂教学,注重理论与实践相结合;注重校园文化建设。但两国实践模式的着重点有所不同。中国实践模式注重大学生实践能力全面发展,而越南注重的是大学生政治能力发展。中国实践模式的内容形式丰富多样,越南的内容形式相对薄弱和单一。实证调查表明,中越大学生思想政治教育效果总体乐观,中越大学生思想政治教育提高了大学生的政治理论水平、思想道德修养和精神境界。中越大学生思想政治教育也存在问题,大多数中越大学生对高校的思想政治教育教育实践活动不大满意,认为最大的问题是脱离实际,越南的不满程度更高。在影响因素上中越两国有许多相同之处,如国际环境上西化和分化的威胁,国内市场经济的消极影响。但在学校和家庭的影响上有一定的差异。中国学校的思想政治教育更需要改进的是教学的方式,越南的学校教育则在师资队伍建设、教育内容和方法上都需要改进;中国家庭教育重智轻德现象要改变,越南则忽略了家庭对思想政治教育的影响。从上面的比较分析发现,我国大学生思想政治教育领域存在许多不足,具有较大的发展空间,中国大学生思想政治教育的成功经验值得我国借鉴。尤其是在强调大学生思想政治教育重要性、确保大学生思想政治教育的正确方向、完善大学生思想政治教育内容体系、重视大学生思想政治教育实践活动、加强大学生思想政治教育队伍建设等方面为我国提供了重要的启示。
