城镇成年人体质健康综合评价理论构建与应用研究

【摘要】:研究目的本研究通过体质健康综合评价理论与实证研究,建立城镇成年人体质健康综合评价体系,健康风险尺度标度法确定体质健康综合评价等级界值点,使成年人在获得其体质健康综合评价等级的同时也获得相对应的健康风险度,不仅为其科学健身提供效果评价,而且激励成年人积极的进行科学健康管理以减低慢病发生的几率。同时通过对成年人体质健康综合评价评价方法的探究,为其他年龄人群的体质健康综合评价提供方法学依据。研究方法实验法获得体质健康综合评价指标的实测数据,层次分析法获得体质健康综合评价的类指标权重,因子分析法获得体质健康综合评价的评价指标权重,测量指标数据经标准化后加权计算获得体质健康综合评价总分,健康风险尺度标度的方法确定体质健康综合评价等级划分的界值点。研究结果与结论(1)对体质健康进行定义。体质健康(Health-related fitness)是指机体内客观存在的一些要素,它们的提高能够使机体轻松应对环境中风险因素,并表现出良好的健康状态,这种机体固有的特质称为体质健康。集中这些要素进行体质健康综合评价的核心理念是各要素须具备对疾病风险的易感性,且须与个体健康状态密切相关。(2)按照与健康风险或疾病关联性原则,确定了身体成分、心肺功能、肌肉力量与耐力、柔韧性、心理状态共同构成体质健康综合评价五元理论模型,且年龄分层后的五元理论模型能够得到实证数据支持。(3)初步建立了20~59岁成年人体质健康综合评价指标体系。20~59岁成年人体质健康综合评价中,类指标身体成分、肌肉力量与耐力、心肺功能、柔韧性、心理状态的权重分别为:0.2069、0.2106、0.3318、0.0667、0.1840。20~39岁成年人身体成分评价指标体脂率、腰臀比、BMI权重分别为0.428、0.267、0.305,心肺功能评价指标最大摄氧量、收缩压和舒张压权重分别为0.403、0.307、0.290;肌肉力量与耐力评价指标握力、肩上哑铃推举、平板支撑和深蹲的权重分别为0.290、0.237、0.245、0.228。40~59岁成年人身体成分评价指标体脂率、腰臀比、BMI权重分别为0.345、0.296、0.359,心肺功能评价指标最大摄氧量、收缩压和舒张压权重分别为0.345、0.314、0.341;肌肉力量与耐力评价指标握力、肩上哑铃推举、平板支撑和深蹲的权重分别为0.228、0.277、0.225、0.270。(4)根据影响体质健康的风险因素判断,采用疾病或健康风险尺度标度法,确定20~59岁成年人体质健康综合评价等级划分的界值点,该等级划分法强调健康风险分层的现实意识。(5)初步建立了20~59岁城镇成年人体质健康综合评价参考标准。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for urban adults' physical health by means of the theory and empirical study of comprehensive evaluation of physical health. The health risk scale method was used to determine the threshold of comprehensive evaluation of physical health.It not only makes adults get the comprehensive evaluation grade of their physical health, but also obtains the corresponding health risk degree, which not only provides the effect evaluation for their scientific fitness,And encourage adults to actively engage in scientific health management to reduce the incidence of chronic disease.At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation method of adult physical health is explored to provide methodological basis for the comprehensive evaluation of physical health of other age groups.Methods the experimental method was used to obtain the measured data of comprehensive evaluation index of physical health, the weight of class index of comprehensive evaluation of physical health was obtained by analytic hierarchy process, and the weight of evaluation index of comprehensive evaluation of physical health was obtained by factor analysis method.The total score of comprehensive evaluation of physical health was obtained by weighted calculation after standardization of the measured index data. The method of scale of health risk scale was used to determine the boundary value point of grading of comprehensive evaluation of physical health.Study results and conclusions 1) the definition of physical health.Health related fitnessrefers to some factors that exist objectively in the body. Their improvement can make the body easily deal with the risk factors in the environment and show good health. This inherent characteristic of the body is called physical health.The core idea of concentrating these factors on comprehensive evaluation of physical health is that each element must be susceptible to disease risk, and must be closely related to individual health status. (2) according to the principle of association with health risk or disease, the body composition is determined.Cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and mental state together constitute a five-element theory model for comprehensive evaluation of physical health.The five-element theory model after age stratification can be supported by empirical data. (3) A comprehensive evaluation index system of physical health of adults aged 20 to 59 years is established preliminarily. In the comprehensive evaluation of physical health of adults aged 20 to 59 years, the body components, muscle strength and endurance of similar indicators are established.The weights of cardiopulmonary function, flexibility and mental state were respectively: 0. 2069 / 0.2106 / 0.331866 / 0.1880 / 0.0667 / 0.1848 0.200.20 / 39, body fat ratio, BMI weight of WHR / BMI were 0.4280.267- 0.305, respectively, and the maximal oxygen intake of cardiopulmonary function was 0.331866 / 0.3318 / 0.0667 / 0.180.200.20 / 39, respectively, and the weight of BMI was 0.4280.267- 0.305, respectively.The weight of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were 0.403 and 0.3070.290 respectively. The weight of muscle strength and endurance index, the weight of shoulder dumbbell, plate support and squat were 0.290 ~ 0.2370.2450.228.4059 years old adults' body composition evaluation index body fat rate, respectively.The BMI weight of waist to hip ratio was 0.345 ~ 0.296 ~ 0.359.The maximal oxygen uptake, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were 0.345 and 0.314 ~ 0.341, respectively, and the weight of muscle strength and endurance were 0.345 ~ 0.296 ~ 0.359.The weight of weight of heart and lung function evaluation index was 0.345 ~ 0.314 ~ 0.341.The grip strength of muscle strength and endurance index and shoulder dumbbell were recommended.The weights of plate support and squat were 0.2280.277g 0.2250.270.0.44) according to the risk factors affecting physical health, the threshold value of the comprehensive evaluation grade of physical health of adults aged 20 ~ 59 years was determined by using the scale method of disease or health risk.The classification method emphasizes the realistic consciousness of health risk stratification. (5) A reference standard for the comprehensive evaluation of the physical health of adults aged 20 to 59 years in urban areas is established preliminarily.
