教育虚拟社区知识共享机制研究

【摘要】:数字化革命给教育带来了一场深刻变革,彻底改变了教育方式和知识获取手段,通过教育信息化有效促进教育教学质量提升,培养学生的现代素质,成为世界各国共同追求的教育目标。教育虚拟社区作为专业学习社区,成为教育信息化的一种基本形态,受到各个国家的重视。目前,在教育虚拟社区建设中存在着对知识主客体界定模糊、社区激励机制不合理、主体信任度较低、不易形成共享氛围等问题,导致社区不能满足学习主体的知识共享需求,无法实现以学术知识共享为宗旨的、社区与学习主体协调发展的理想状态。为解决以上问题,本文通过研究教育虚拟社区知识共享的内涵、过程和影响因素,深入分析了教育虚拟社区运行机理。然后从知识管理流程出发,依据博弈理论、学习组织理论、激励理论和社会资本等理论,构建了教育虚拟社区知识共享机制,提出了教育虚拟社区提高知识共享效率的解决方法。研究内容主要包括四个部分:(1)厘清教育虚拟社区知识共享涉及的相关概念,结合知识共享的内容与过程分析知识共享机理,分析知识共享的网络结构和网络特征,构建教育虚拟社区知识共享学习网络模型。基于教育虚拟社区知识共享过程,构建知识共享形成机制模型,揭示教育虚拟社区知识共享形成机理。(2)重新梳理教育虚拟知识共享影响因素,分析教育虚拟教育社区知识共享的构成要素、知识共享过程,从知识主体、知识特性、共享手段、共享环境四个方面提出了教育虚拟社区的知识共享影响因素和相应的研究假设,并讨论新出现的问题以及将来要解决的问题。(3)设计了教育虚拟社区的机制模型,构建教育虚拟社区学习网络,从教育虚拟社区知识共享的信任缺失这一本质问题出发,基于博弈论思想设计社区管理者对知识共享主体的技术机制、信任机制、激励机制、组织机制。其中信任机制是社区共享主体进行知识共享的主观意愿的最直接、关键的影响要素,是把隐性知识转换为显性知识的重要条件;而激励机制是促进社区成员知识共享的驱动力,是维持虚拟社区良性共享的外在动力;组织机制有利于知识的流通而形成有利于主体间进行知识共享的文化氛围,反过来增进信任,加强激励,增加了知识的原创性,最终提高知识共享效率。(4)构建教育虚拟社区知识共享的绩效评估模型。基于知识共享过程,从知识主体、知识特性、知识共享手段、知识共享环境和知识共享绩效五个方面,构建教育虚拟社区知识共享评价概念模型,分析教育虚拟社区知识共享水平并对结果进行深入分析。在此基础上,基于加强教育虚拟社区知识共享的组织文化建设,建立知识共享激励机制,建设教育虚拟社区知识共享平台等,提出改善教育虚拟社区知识共享环境的对策。
[Abstract]:The digital revolution has brought a profound change to education, which has completely changed the way of education and the means of acquiring knowledge, effectively promoted the quality of education and teaching through education informatization, and cultivated the modern quality of students. Become the educational goal that countries of the world pursue together. Educational virtual community, as a professional learning community, has become a basic form of educational informatization, which has been attached great importance to by various countries. At present, there are some problems in the construction of educational virtual community, such as vague definition of subject and object of knowledge, unreasonable incentive mechanism of community, low trust of subject, difficult to form shared atmosphere, etc., which lead to community unable to meet the needs of knowledge sharing of learning subjects. It is impossible to realize the ideal state of harmonious development of community and learning subject with the aim of academic knowledge sharing. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of educational virtual community by studying the connotation, process and influencing factors of knowledge sharing in educational virtual community. Then from the knowledge management process, according to the game theory, the learning organization theory, the incentive theory and the social capital theory, this paper constructs the knowledge sharing mechanism of the virtual community of education. A solution to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing in educational virtual community is put forward. The research contents mainly include four parts: 1) clarify the related concepts of knowledge sharing in educational virtual community, analyze the mechanism of knowledge sharing by combining the content and process of knowledge sharing, and analyze the network structure and network characteristics of knowledge sharing. Construct the learning network model of knowledge sharing in the virtual community of education. Based on the process of knowledge sharing in educational virtual community, the forming mechanism model of knowledge sharing is constructed, and the formation mechanism of knowledge sharing in educational virtual community is revealed. This paper analyzes the elements of knowledge sharing in educational virtual education community, the process of knowledge sharing, the knowledge subject, the characteristics of knowledge, and the means of knowledge sharing. In this paper, four aspects of shared environment are put forward, and the influencing factors of knowledge sharing and the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward, and the emerging problems and the problems to be solved in the future are discussed.) the mechanism model of educational virtual community is designed. In order to construct the educational virtual community learning network, starting from the essential problem of the lack of trust in the knowledge sharing of the education virtual community, the paper designs the technical mechanism, the trust mechanism and the incentive mechanism of the community manager to the knowledge sharing subject based on the game theory. Organization mechanism The trust mechanism is the most direct and key factor of the subjective will of the community sharing subject to share knowledge, and the important condition of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, while the incentive mechanism is the driving force to promote the community members' knowledge sharing. The organizational mechanism is conducive to the circulation of knowledge and the formation of a cultural atmosphere conducive to the sharing of knowledge among subjects, which in turn enhances trust, strengthens incentives, and increases the originality of knowledge. Finally, improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing. 4) construct the performance evaluation model of education virtual community knowledge sharing. Based on the process of knowledge sharing, this paper constructs a conceptual model of knowledge sharing evaluation in education virtual community from five aspects: knowledge subject, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing means, knowledge sharing environment and knowledge sharing performance. Analyze the level of knowledge sharing in educational virtual community and analyze the result deeply. On this basis, based on strengthening the organizational culture construction of educational virtual community knowledge sharing, establishing knowledge sharing incentive mechanism and constructing education virtual community knowledge sharing platform, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the education virtual community knowledge sharing environment.
