乒乓球蓝牌裁判培训和评估多闭环控制系统构建

【摘要】:本文以乒乓球国际级蓝牌裁判培训和评估体系及其关系为研究对象,探求建立培训和评估体系相互联系,使两者更加科学和完善的路径。采用文献资料法,了解前人研究的成果和不足;通过对国际乒联网站和数据库的检索,整理了蓝牌培训和评估体系的完整资料,并对数据进行了不同组合方式的统计。采用德尔菲法,就专家对培训和评估体系现状的认识、调查问卷的设计、培训和评估体系的改进对策等进行了咨询。采用问卷调查法,收集蓝牌裁判对培训和评估体系现状的看法和建议。经过对资料和数据的统计学分析,得出的结论为:1.蓝牌裁判培训和评估体系应建立更加紧密的相到作用关系;2.需要对培训体系进行完善和系统化;3.需要提高评估体系的客观性;4.需对蓝牌制度进行体制改革。本文针对调查得出的结论构建了蓝牌裁判培训与评估的多闭环控制系统理论模型,并在该模型指导下,进行了实证研究。包括:1.教育评估闭环,,实现评估主体的多元化和评估方法的客观性,建构了基于模块理论系统下的培训体系,形成了培训和评估的正馈和反馈路径;2.控制管理闭环,提出国际乒联裁委会、培训师和考官之间相互合作和评价的工作流程管理模式:3.反馈提高闭环,提出裁委会工作改进与裁判执法质量提高的对策,建议进行体制改革和提供反馈平台等促进两者之间的良性互动。本研究的创新点为:运用多闭环系统理论,结合社会学研究领域的特点构建了蓝牌裁判培训和评估多闭环控制系统,涵盖了对客观事物施加作用的人为要素,并研究客观事物要素之间、人为要素之间的输出与反馈动态关系。1.实现了评估结果对培训内容的反馈作用;2.创建了以任务为中心的培训模块模型,为组织进行培训提供了管理方式的参考;对蓝牌培训体系中的培训大纲、内容等进行模块整理,提高了培训师授课的统一性。制定了新的培训大纲、制作了培训视频,采用了视频辅助教学的培训方法,撰写了培训满意度调查问卷;3.提出评估主体多元化的具体方案:通过对评估指标的补充选取和对指标赋予权重,实现了评估结果的分数直观呈观,为对评估结果的定量分析和裁判选拔提供了依据。设计了蓝牌评估系统软件,实现了评估的简便操作。本文是对国际体育组织中人才队伍建设具体领域的探索,对其它项目相关领域的研究具有理论价值和实用意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the training and evaluation system of international blue card referee and its relationship are taken as the research object, and the relationship between training and evaluation system is explored to make the two systems more scientific and perfect. Through the retrieval of ITTF website and database, the complete data of blue brand training and evaluation system are sorted out, and the statistics of different combinations of data are carried out. By using Delphi method, the experts' understanding of the current situation of the training and evaluation system, the design of the questionnaire, and the improvement countermeasures of the training and evaluation system were consulted. A questionnaire survey was used to collect the views and suggestions of Blue brand referees on the current situation of training and evaluation system. After the statistical analysis of the data and data, the conclusion is: 1. Blue-brand referee training and evaluation system should establish a closer relationship. The training system needs to be improved and systematized. Need to improve the objectivity of the evaluation system. The blue card system should be reformed. Based on the conclusion of the investigation, this paper constructs a multi-closed-loop control system theoretical model for the training and evaluation of Blue brand referees, and under the guidance of the model, carries out an empirical study. Including 1: 1. The closed loop of education evaluation realizes the diversification of evaluation subjects and the objectivity of evaluation methods, constructs the training system based on modular theory system, and forms the positive feedback and feedback paths of training and evaluation. Control management closed-loop, propose ITTF Commission, trainers and examiner mutual cooperation and evaluation of workflow management mode: 3. The feedback improves the closed loop, puts forward the countermeasures of improving the work of the Commission and the quality of the adjudication enforcement, and suggests to carry out the system reform and provide the feedback platform to promote the benign interaction between the two. The innovation of this study is: using the theory of multi-closed-loop system and combining the characteristics of sociological research field to construct the blue card referee training and evaluation multi-closed-loop control system, which covers the human elements that exert an effect on the objective things. And study the dynamic relationship of output and feedback between objective and artificial elements. 1. The feedback effect of the evaluation results on the training content is realized. A task-centered training module model is established, which provides a reference for the organization to conduct training. The training outline and contents in the blue card training system are organized by modules to improve the unity of the trainer's teaching. A new training outline has been developed, a training video has been produced, a training method of video-assisted teaching has been adopted, and a questionnaire on training satisfaction has been written. This paper puts forward the concrete scheme of the diversification of the evaluation subject: through the supplementary selection of the evaluation index and the giving of the weight to the index, it realizes the visual view of the score of the evaluation result, which provides the basis for the quantitative analysis of the evaluation result and the selection of the judge. The software of blue card evaluation system is designed, and the simple operation of evaluation is realized. This paper explores the specific fields of the construction of talents in international sports organizations, and has theoretical value and practical significance for the research of other related fields.
