马克思幸福观视野下的中国现代幸福企业建设研究

【摘要】:人类社会中的任何一个群体、组织中的成员,都渴望在群体或组织中获得幸福。现代企业,作为重要的社会组织,作为承载着千万员工幸福生活的基本单位,为组织成员创造幸福是企业首要的社会责任,也是企业长青发展的必然要求。在国际形势和国内环境风云变幻的今天,中国现代企业发展面临着前所未有的考验与挑战,企业过去忽视人的价值而追求效益最大化的管理逻辑已经不利于企业在新的战略环境里的生存与发展,企业只有把人的幸福作为企业发展的目的和手段,以人的幸福最大化促进企业效益的最优化,才能赢得组织的长远发展。尤其在现代社会中弘扬人性,尊重人的价值,实现人的幸福已经成为社会发展的主流趋势,这就要求作为社会微观单位的现代企业在经营管理活动中必须弘扬人文精神,关注人的幸福问题,顺应时代发展的潮流建设幸福企业,促进组织成员、组织和社会的共同发展。现代幸福企业是由"幸福人"所构成的组织,是致力于为全体成员创造幸福的组织。在组织中虽然每个成员对幸福的价值诉求存在差异,但企业可以在科学的幸福理论的指导下形成全体成员一致认同的组织价值观念,引导全体成员追求幸福的行为,实现组织成员普遍的幸福。因此,要建设惠及全体成员的幸福企业就需要在科学的幸福观的引导下进行。马克思的幸福观,从唯物史观出发,考察了人类社会的幸福问题,论述了人的发展与人的幸福之间的辩证关系、人的幸福与实践活动的内在必然联系,形成了包括幸福的主体规定、幸福的实践规定、幸福的目标规定三个层面清晰的理论逻辑框架,明确指出现实的人只有在实践活动中不断追求全面自由的发展,才能获得真正的幸福。马克思的幸福观是实践证明的科学的幸福观,全面而准确的把握了幸福的实质,为人类指明了通往幸福的道路。因此,以马克思的幸福观引导中国现代企业的管理实践,不仅能够实现企业全体成员的幸福,而且能够推动企业健康持续的发展。基于以上认识,本文从中国现代企业改革与发展进程的现状出发,立足于马克思幸福观的理论视野,考察了中国现代企业发展中人的幸福问题,试图构建中国现代幸福企业的逻辑框架,为中国现代幸福企业的现实构建提供可行性路径。论文最终形成了五章内容:第一章"中国现代幸福企业建设的必要性考察"。文章立足于中国现代企业发展所面临的内外部环境的改变,阐述了中国现代幸福企业建设的必要性,从历史发展维度的传承需要,时代特征维度的应变需要以及可持续发展维度的生存需要三个层面进行了探讨。首先,文章着眼于东西方文化的视野,梳理了从古至今、从东方到西方人们孜孜不倦追求幸福的过程,论述了中国现代企业在发展中传承人类社会恒久主题的历史责任。其次,文章立足于时代发展的特征,指出在当今企业社会化,社会企业化的时代背景下,企业所担负的社会责任要求企业的幸福转型;又进一步从现代企业发展所面临的新的战略环境角度,探讨了企业以员工幸福为核心创新管理模式的必要性。最后文章阐述了建设中国现代幸福企业不仅是企业实现自身可持续发展的需要,更是推动人类社会可持续发展的需要。第二章"中国现代幸福企业建设的马克思主义理论依据"。文章通过对西方哲学史上主流幸福观的分析及研究,考察了马克思幸福观的理论渊源;通过马克思对黑格尔及费尔巴哈唯心主义幸福观的批判,考察了马克思幸福观确立的现实依据,从而在整体上把握了马克思幸福观体系的建构。文章由此展开了对马克思幸福观的系统解读,深入把握了马克思幸福观的理论旨要。马克思的幸福观立足于现实的人,旨在以自由自觉的实践活动促进人的全面自由发展,最终实现人的幸福。因此,本文从马克思幸福观的主体规定、实践规定以及目标规定三个层面,全面的解读了马克思对"现实的人"的关注,论述了现实生活世界以及幸福的实践生成过程,论述了人的全面发展与幸福、人的自由发展与幸福的关系,清晰的把握了马克思幸福观的逻辑脉络。第三章"中国现代企业的幸福危机考察"。本章旨在以马克思的幸福观透视中国现代企业的幸福危机,探讨中国现代企业幸福危机的症候及成因,为中国现代幸福企业的建设扫除障碍。文章首先分析了近年来中国企业面临和遭遇的一系列幸福危机案例,而后进一步总结出了普遍存在于中国现代企业中的四种幸福危机症候,最后又从社会发展的宏观角度探究了中国现代企业幸福危机的成因,明确指出资本逻辑的全球扩张,异化消费现象以及与我国社会转型相伴的伦理危机是造成当下中国企业幸福危机的深层次原因。第四章"中国现代幸福企业的逻辑框架"。论文前三章充分把握了中国现代幸福企业建设的现实依据和理论基础,本章试图在此基础上构建中国现代幸福企业的逻辑框架。根据马克思幸福观的理论规定,构建中国现代幸福企业的逻辑框架就需要围绕幸福企业的主体、幸福企业的实践以及幸福企业的目标这三个层面展开。因此,文章结合积极心理学与企业管理学的相关理论知识,首先对中国现代幸福企业的人性基础进行了"幸福人"的人性假设,并通过对现代企业幸福管理作用机理的分析,论述了中国现代企业幸福管理的实践可能,最后设定了中国现代企业发展的幸福目标,通过以上三个方面的交汇融合,绘制出了一个具有可行性的中国现代幸福企业的模型。第五章"中国现代幸福企业的现实构建"。本章是在中国现代幸福企业逻辑框架研究的基础之上,进一步探讨了中国现代幸福企业的构建原则及构建路径,并建立了相对应的现代幸福企业的评价体系,引导中国现代幸福企业的建设从理论探究转向现实构建。在文章的最后,笔者论述了建设中国现代幸福企业的现实意义,明确指出建设中国现代幸福企业不仅有利于企业自身的发展,有利于推进我国全面建成小康社会目标的实现,更是对美丽"中国梦"的具体实践,阐述了建设中国现代幸福企业对于企业、社会、国家发展的重要意义。
[Abstract]:Any group in the human society and the members of the organization are eager to achieve happiness in the group or organization. As an important social organization, as a basic unit carrying the happy life of millions of employees, it is the primary responsibility of the enterprise to create happiness for the members of the organization, and also the inevitable requirement for the development of the enterprise. The development of Chinese modern enterprises is facing unprecedented challenges and challenges today. The development of enterprises in the past neglects the value of people and the pursuit of maximum efficiency of management logic is not conducive to the survival and development of enterprises in the new strategic environment. Enterprises only take the happiness of human beings as the purpose of enterprise development. And means, in order to maximize the happiness of the people, and to optimize the benefit of the enterprise, can we win the long-term development of the organization, especially in the modern society, to carry forward human nature, respect human value, and realize human happiness has become the mainstream trend of social development. This requires that modern enterprises, as the micro units of society, must be carried out in the management and management activities. Carry forward the humanistic spirit, pay attention to the problem of human happiness, conforming to the trend of the development of the times, build a happy enterprise, promote the joint development of the organization, organization and society. The modern happiness enterprise is an organization composed of "happy people", and is committed to creating a happy organization for all members. In the difference, but under the guidance of the scientific happiness theory, the enterprise can form the unanimous organizational values of all members, guide all members to pursue the happy behavior and realize the universal happiness of the organization members. Marx The concept of happiness, starting from the materialist conception of history, inspects the happiness of human society, discusses the dialectical relationship between human development and human happiness, the inherent relationship between human happiness and practical activities, and forms three clear theoretical logic frames, including the main provisions of happiness, the practice of happiness, and the goal of happiness. It is true that the real people can achieve real happiness only if they continue to pursue comprehensive and free development in practical activities. Marx's view of happiness is a scientific happiness view proved by practice, a comprehensive and accurate grasp of the essence of happiness and the road to happiness for mankind. Therefore, the Chinese modernity is guided by Marx's outlook on happiness. The management practice of the enterprise can not only realize the happiness of all the members of the enterprise, but also promote the healthy and continuous development of the enterprise. Based on the above understanding, this paper, based on the current situation of the reform and development process of Chinese modern enterprises, based on the theory of Marx's theory of happiness, examines the problem of happiness in the development of modern Chinese enterprises, and tries to test the problem of happiness in the development of Chinese modern enterprises. The paper constructs the logical framework of Chinese modern happiness enterprise and provides a feasible path for the realistic construction of Chinese modern happy enterprises. The thesis finally forms five chapters: Chapter 1: "the necessity of the construction of Chinese modern happiness enterprise". The necessity of building a modern happy enterprise is discussed from three aspects: the needs of the historical development dimension, the needs of the dimension of the times and the survival of the dimension of sustainable development. First, the article focuses on the cultural vision of the East and the west, and combs the tireless pursuit of happiness from the east to the West from the ancient to the present. On the basis of the characteristics of the development of the times, the article points out that under the background of the socialization of the enterprises and the social enterprise, the social responsibility of the enterprise requires the transformation of the enterprise's happiness, and further from the development of modern enterprises. In the view of the new strategic environment, the necessity of the enterprise's core innovation management mode with employee happiness is discussed. Finally, the article expounds that the construction of Chinese modern happiness enterprise is not only the need for the enterprise to realize its own sustainable development, but also the need to promote the sustainable development of human society. The second chapter "the construction of China's modern happiness enterprise" Based on the analysis and study of the mainstream outlook on happiness in the history of western philosophy, Kyth's theory examines the theoretical origin of Marx's outlook on happiness; through Marx's criticism of Hagel and Feuerbach's idealistic outlook on happiness, it examines the realistic basis for the establishment of Marx's happiness outlook, and thus holds Marx lucky on the whole. This article unfolds the systematic interpretation of Marx's happiness view and deeply grasps the theory of Marx's happiness view. Marx's outlook on happiness is based on the realistic people, aiming at promoting the all-round and free development of human beings with free and conscious practice, and finally realizing the happiness of people. The third chapter "the investigation of the happiness crisis of modern Chinese enterprises". This chapter aims to look into the happiness crisis of modern Chinese enterprises by Marx's happiness view, explore the symptoms and causes of the happiness crisis of Chinese modern enterprises, and remove obstacles for the construction of Chinese modern happy enterprises. This paper lists the case of happiness crisis, and then summarizes four kinds of symptoms of happiness crisis prevalent in modern Chinese enterprises. Finally, it explores the causes of the happiness crisis in modern Chinese enterprises from the macro perspective of social development, and clearly points out the global expansion of capital logic, the phenomenon of alienated consumption and the concomitant relationship with the social transformation of China. The fourth chapter "the logical frame of China's modern happiness enterprise". The first three chapters fully grasp the realistic basis and theoretical basis of the construction of Chinese modern happy enterprises. This chapter tries to build the logical framework of China's modern happiness enterprise on this basis. According to Marx The theory of happiness view stipulates that the construction of the logical framework of China's modern happiness enterprise needs to be carried out around the three levels of the main body of happy enterprise, the practice of happy enterprise and the goal of the happy enterprise. Therefore, the article combines the knowledge of the theory of positive psychology and enterprise management, and first of all, the human basis of the Chinese modern happiness enterprise The human nature hypothesis of "happy people" was carried out, and through the analysis of the mechanism of the modern enterprise happiness management, the practical possibility of the happiness management of modern Chinese enterprises was discussed. Finally, the happiness goal of the development of modern Chinese enterprises was set up, and a feasible Chinese modern happiness was drawn through the convergence and fusion of the three aspects. The fifth chapter "the realistic construction of China's modern happiness enterprise". This chapter is based on the study of the logical framework of Chinese modern happy enterprises, further explores the construction principles and path of Chinese modern happy enterprises, and establishes the corresponding evaluation system of modern happy enterprises to guide Chinese modern happy enterprises. In the end of the article, the author expounds the practical significance of building China's modern happiness enterprise, and clearly points out that the construction of China's modern happiness enterprise is not only beneficial to the development of the enterprise itself, but also to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and more specific to the beauty of "the Chinese dream". In practice, it expounds the significance of building modern Chinese happiness enterprises to enterprises, society and national development.
