健身操舞干预模式及对中老年人主观幸福感影响的研究

【摘要】:本研究以中国传统文化为背景,运用舞蹈治疗理论与技术,借鉴具身认知、心理资本、主观幸福感理论成果,以健身操舞为手段,综合运用文献法、问卷法、实验法、访谈法等多种研究方法,旨在探寻健身操舞与中老年人身心健康,尤其是与主观幸福感之间的关系,揭示健身操舞促进中老年人幸福感的本质及规律;同时构建适合中国中老年人的促进身心健康的健身操舞模式。全文分为三个部分:第一部分:总论。总论从分析社会现状以及以往关于幸福感研究的状况入手,指出切合中国人实际的,尤其是旨在有效促进中国中老年人幸福感的研究尤为重要和必要;介绍了整个研究的总体框架,包括基本的研究思路、依据的宏观理论界基础和微观的理论基础、主要内容等;说明了有科学依据的健身操舞是提升中老年人幸福感重要和独特的资源,对提高中老年人福祉,解决中国日益严峻的老年化问题具有独特价值。第二部分:构建促进中老年人身心健康的健身操舞体系、素材库以及模式。本研究在梳理原有理论基础上,提出“与心共舞”的理念;创编优质的健身操舞素材;设计“和”舞体,“乐”吾心健身操舞系列活动方案;构建中老年人健身操舞干预体系;设计中老年人健身操舞素材库;以及最终创建中老年人健身操舞干预模式,即“六个一”模式。第三部分:健身操舞对中老年人主观幸福感影响的研究。包括归纳整理、创编健身操舞,尤其对创编的中老年人健身拍打操基础套(腰腹篇)进行较为详细的介绍,以及其对中老年人身心健康的影响进行实证研究;在此基础上创编中老年人系列健身操舞,以及其对中老年人主观幸福感的影响进行实证研究;最后运用访谈等质性研究方法进行验证研究。研究表明:1、本研究在梳理原有理论基础上,提出“与心共舞”的理念;创编优质的健身操舞素材;设计“和”舞体,“乐”吾心健身操舞系列活动方案;确立中老年人健身操舞活动要素;构建中老年人健身操舞干预体系;设计中老年人健身操舞素材库;以及最终创建中老年人健身操舞干预模式,即“六个一”模式。这些研究为广大的中老年人参与健身操舞活动提供了方便;为健身操舞活动的组织者提供了便捷、科学的素材;更为政府相关政策的制定,以及相关管理部门的工作提供了借鉴。总之,为中老年人健身操舞活动广泛、深入的开展,提供了科学化的依据。2、创编的健身拍打操对中老年人的身体、心理具有一定的改善作用。3、系列健身操舞活动的编排与组织实施,不仅能增强中老年人体质,而且能有助于中老年人建立科学的爱情观、人生观、世界观,同时对中老年人提高自尊,促进自我实现,增加心理资本,增进主观幸福感起到积极有效的作用。
[Abstract]:This research takes the Chinese traditional culture as the background, uses the dance therapy theory and the technology, uses for reference the body cognition, the psychological capital, the subjective well-being theory achievement, takes the aerobics dance as the means, synthetically uses the literature method, the questionnaire method, the experimental method. Interviews and other research methods are designed to explore the relationship between aerobics dance and the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people, especially with subjective well-being, to reveal the nature and rules of aerobics dance to promote the well-being of middle-aged and elderly people. At the same time, build up the fitness dance mode of promoting the physical and mental health of the middle and old people in China. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part: introduction. Based on the analysis of the current situation of society and the previous researches on happiness, the author points out that it is particularly important and necessary to study the happiness of the middle-aged and the elderly in China, especially in order to promote the well-being of the middle-aged and the elderly effectively. This paper introduces the overall framework of the whole research, including the basic research ideas, the basis of the macro theoretical circle and the micro theoretical basis, the main content and so on. It is shown that the scientifically based aerobics dance is an important and unique resource to promote the well-being of the middle-aged and the elderly, and has a unique value in improving the well-being of the middle-aged and the elderly and solving the increasingly severe problem of aging in China. The second part: construct the aerobics dance system, material library and model to promote the physical and mental health of the middle and old people. On the basis of combing the original theory, this study puts forward the idea of "dancing with the heart"; creating high-quality material of aerobics dance; designing "dance body," and "music"; constructing the intervention system of aerobics dance for middle and old people; Design the material library of calisthenics dance for middle and old people, and finally create the intervention mode of calisthenics dance for middle and old people, that is, "six one" mode. The third part: the influence of aerobics dance on the subjective well-being of middle and old people. Including summing up, creating aerobics dance, especially for the creation of the middle-aged and elderly fitness beat basic set (waist abdominal section) for a more detailed introduction, as well as its physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people to carry out an empirical study; On this basis to create a series of middle-aged and elderly aerobics dance, and its impact on the subjective well-being of middle-aged and old people for empirical research; finally, the use of interviews and other qualitative research methods to verify the study. The research shows that, on the basis of combing the original theory, this study puts forward the idea of "dancing with the heart"; Establish the activity elements of the middle and old people aerobics dance; construct the intervention system of the middle and old people aerobics dance; design the material library of the middle and old people aerobics dance; and finally establish the intervention mode of the middle and old people aerobics dance, that is, "six ones" mode. These studies have provided convenience for the majority of middle-aged and elderly people to participate in aerobics activities; convenient and scientific materials for the organizers of aerobics dancing activities; and more relevant government policies. And the work of the relevant management departments to provide reference. In short, it provides a scientific basis for the wide and in-depth development of aerobics and dance activities for the middle-aged and the elderly. The arrangement and organization of the series of aerobics and dance activities can not only enhance the physique of the middle-aged and the elderly, but also help them to establish a scientific view of love, outlook on life, and world outlook. At the same time, it plays a positive and effective role in improving self-esteem, self-realization, increasing psychological capital and enhancing subjective well-being.
