大学生手机依赖行为意向及影响因素研究

【摘要】:伴随着移动互联技术的迅猛发展,手机渗透到大学生的日常生活,深刻影响着大学生的学习求知、社会认知和社会交往。长时间手机使用导致手机依赖不容忽视。手机依赖已成为心理学和社会学研究关注的重点。手机依赖,又称非理性手机使用、手机成瘾,可以导致使用者的心理和社会功能受损,是一种行为成瘾或技术成瘾。本研究在梳理国内外手机依赖研究的基础上,探讨大学生手机依赖行为意向,研究手机依赖行为的影响因素。有利于健康教育部门掌握手机依赖行为及相关影响因素,为制定有效地干预策略提供依据。目的:本研究基于计划行为理论,编制大学生长时间手机使用行为意向问卷,探讨大学生手机依赖行为意向,检验大学生手机依赖发生情况,探讨个体冲动性人格特质、自我调节和领悟社会支持对手机依赖行为的影响,提出大学生手机依赖行为的干预对策。为相关研究提供理论和实证依据,为健康教育部门加强预防手机依赖行为提供理论基础和实践基础。方法:采取整群抽样集中施测方式,以978名大学生为研究对象,检验基于计划行为理论大学生长时间手机使用行为意向问卷信效度,并基于拓展的计划行为理论,开展两阶段问卷调查,调查问卷包括:计划行为理论变量(行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制)、计划行为理论突显信念变量(态度信念、规范信念和控制信念)和计划行为理论拓展变量(过去行为、手机依赖和预期后悔)。两周后,开展第二阶段研究,评价过去两周间长时间使用手机行为。建立结构方程模型分析拓展的计划行为理论对长时间手机使用行为影响。采取整群抽样方法,以1067名大学生作为研究对象,分析大学生冲动性人格特质、自我调节和领悟社会支持对手机使用及手机依赖行为的影响,构建结构方程模型检验大学生手机依赖行为影响因素的预测作用和中介作用。结果:1.按照计划行为理论量表编制规范,编制的基于计划行为理论大学生长时间手机使用行为意向问卷包含两个子问卷。大学生长时间手机使用行为问卷10个题目,包含行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制及行为意向四个研究维度;大学生长时间手机使用行为信念问卷22个题目,包含态度信念、规范信念及控制信念三个研究维度。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果比较理想,问卷具有较高的信度和效度。2.基于拓展的计划行为理论,探讨大学生长时间手机使用行为意向研究发现,女生、高年级学生、成长于城市、独生子女、家庭人均月收入高于8000元、每月生活费高于3000元、拥有手机超过6年,每月手机话费超过50元的学生倾向于长时间手机使用。相关分析、多元回归分析结果显示,计划行为理论变量(行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制)和计划行为理论拓展变量(过去行为、手机依赖)显著正向影响长时间手机使用行为意向,过去行为和长时间手机使用意向显著正向影响长时间手机使用行为。研究进一步验证大学生长时间手机使用行为意向——计划行为理论结构方程模型、大学生长时间手机使用行为发生——计划行为理论结构方程模型,以及拓展的大学生长时间手机使用行为发生——计划行为理论结构方程模型。模型的各项拟合指数较理想。3.大学生手机依赖行为影响因素研究结果显示,高冲动性人格特质、低自我调节、高领悟社会支持、频繁使用手机对大学生手机依赖行为具有预测力。结构方程模型结果发现,手机使用在大学生冲动性人格特质、防御调节、领悟社会支持与手机依赖行为间起中介作用。结论:1.按照计划行为理论问卷编制规范,编制的大学生长时间手机使用行为意向问卷,包括大学生长时间手机使用行为问卷、大学生长时间手机使用行为信念问卷两个部分,是适用于测量大学生长时间手机使用行为的标准化问卷,具有良好的信效度。2.本研究从计划行为理论角度分析大学生手机依赖行为意向。大学生具有较高的长时间手机使用行为意向和行为发生的可能。大学生长时间手机使用行为意向受到积极态度、重要他人的支持和感知到较少客观制约的直接影响。行为意向是行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制对实际行为产生影响的中介变量。3.本研究分析了领悟社会支持、冲动性人格特质、自我调节对大学生手机使用及手机依赖行为影响,发现将近85%研究对象处于可能手机依赖状态。高冲动性人格特质、高领悟社会支持能力正向影响大学生手机依赖,自我调节尤其是防御调节负向影响大学生手机依赖。高冲动性人格特质、高领悟社会支持、低自我调节,通过手机使用中介作用,对手机依赖行为产生影响。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, mobile phone penetration into college students' daily life has a profound influence on students' learning and knowledge, social cognition and social interaction. Long time mobile phone use leads to the dependence of mobile phones. Cell phone dependence has become the focus of psychological and sociological research. Cell phone dependence is also called irrational hand. On the basis of combing the study of mobile phone dependence at home and abroad, this study is based on the study of mobile phone dependence at home and abroad, and studies the influence factors of mobile phone dependence behavior of college students. It is beneficial to the health education department to master the mobile phone dependence. The purpose: Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study is based on the theory of planned behavior, to compile a questionnaire on the behavior intention of mobile phone use in University growth time, to explore the behavior intention of College Students' mobile phone dependence, to test the occurrence of College Students' cell phone dependence, to explore individual impulsive personality traits, self-regulation and comprehension. The influence of social support on the behavior of mobile phone dependence, the intervention countermeasures of College Students' mobile dependence on mobile phones were put forward. The theoretical and empirical basis was provided for the related research, and the theoretical and practical basis was provided for the health education department to strengthen the prevention of cell phone dependence. Methods: 978 college students were taken as the research object in the cluster sampling set. Based on the planned behavior theory, a two stage questionnaire was conducted based on the extended planned behavior theory. The questionnaire included the theoretical variables of planned behavior (behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control), and the theory of planned behavior highlighted belief variables (attitudes and beliefs, rules). Fan Xinnian and control belief) and planned behavior theory extended variables (past behavior, cell phone dependence and expected regret). Two weeks later, a second stage study was carried out to evaluate the long time use of mobile phone behavior between the past two weeks. Methods 1067 college students were used as research subjects to analyze the influence of impulsive personality traits, self adjustment and understanding of social support on the use of mobile phones and mobile phone dependence, and to construct a structural equation model to test the predictive and intermediary role of the influence factors of College Students' mobile dependence behavior. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are ideal. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity.2. based on the extended planned behavior theory. Students, growing up in the city, the only child, the per capita monthly income of the family is higher than 8000 yuan, the monthly cost of living is higher than 3000 yuan, the mobile phone with more than 6 years and more than 50 yuan per month is inclined to use the mobile phone for a long time. For the control) and the planned behavior theory, the extended variables (past behavior, cell phone dependence) have a significant positive effect on the long time mobile use behavior intention, the past behavior and the long time mobile phone use intention significantly positively affect the long time mobile use behavior. Structural equation model, mobile phone use behavior of University growth time - the structural equation model of planned behavior theory, and the development of mobile phone use behavior of University growth time - the structural equation model of planned behavior theory. It shows that high impulsive personality traits, low self-regulation, high understanding of social support, and frequent use of mobile phones have predictive power for college students' mobile dependence behavior. The results of structural equation model found that the use of mobile phones in college students' impulsive personality traits, defense regulation, and understanding social support and mobile dependence behavior are intermediary roles. Conclusion: 1. according to the plan. The behavior intention of the use of mobile phones is positive, the support and perception of the important others are directly influenced by the less objective constraints. .3., a mediator of behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control on actual behavior, this study analyzed the perception of social support, impulsive personality traits, the impact of self regulation on the use of mobile phones and mobile dependence on college students, and found that nearly 85% of the subjects were in a possible state of cell phone dependence. Quality, high perceived social support ability positively affects college students' mobile dependence. Self-regulation, especially defensive regulation negatively affects college students' mobile dependence. High impulsive personality traits, high understanding of social support, low self-regulation, and intermediary role of mobile phones have an impact on cell phone dependence behavior.
