共建式高校课堂生态环境研究

【摘要】:提高课堂教学质量是高等教育改革与发展永恒不变的主题,建构科学合理的课堂生态及其对课堂生态环境的优化,又是教学理论深化和积极推进高校课堂教学改革不可回避的重要问题。本文共有四部分内容:第一部分包括第一章。第一章绪论主要对研究的背景、研究的目的和意义、目前国内外学者对该领域研究所取得的成果和进展情况进行了综合阐述,并详细介绍了本研究所涉及的相关概念、研究方法和思路,为后续研究指明了方向和逻辑结构。第二部分包括第二章和第三章。第二章以课堂生态范式的转变为切入点,认为目前我国高校课堂生态范式正在发生显著的变化,由传统的讲授式课堂生态向建构式课堂生态过渡,其未来发展趋势必将升华为理想的共建式课堂生态,即强调了从“客观”到“建构”,必将走向“共建”的发展趋势,并从教师角色、学生角色、教学方法和课程资源等不同维度,说明其不同的发展特征,特别强调了生态学的基本原理和学习共同体理论是高校共建式课堂生态的理论基础。第三章从共时性角度出发,对我国高校课堂生态环境的现状进行了具体分析。本章从纵横两个维度分别探讨了能够影响高校课堂教学质量的生态环境的实然状态。横向上从影响高校课堂生态的内外部两个视角进行了生态审视,内部因素主要强调了课堂的物质环境因素、心理环境因素和文化环境因素的影响,外部因素主要强调了家庭环境因素和社区环境因素的影响。纵向上从中等教育课堂环境与高等教育课堂环境有效衔接的角度进行了生态审视,主要对教学环境、人际关系、学习目标、课程内容、教学方法等方面的生态衔接情况进行了具体分析。通过对纵横两个维度的系统研究,以应然状态的思维方式归纳出影响高校课堂生态的主要环境因素,为其后续加强共建式高校课堂生态环境建设提供现实依据。第三部分包括第四、第五、第六章。这部分内容主要对影响和制约共建式高校课堂生态建设的环境因素进行分析,选取了对课堂生态影响较大的课堂物质环境、课堂心理环境和课堂制度环境三个维度进行理论建构。第四章强调共建式高校课堂物质环境的建设,主张要重视课堂自然物理环境、课堂教学时空环境和课堂设施设备的建设。第五章强调共建式高校课堂心理环境的建设,主张要处理好师生间控制与自主心理环境的建设、学生间竞争与合作心理环境的建设。第六章强调共建式高校课堂制度环境的建设,主张要加强学生与班级管理制度的建设、教师与师德规范制度的建设。通过对这三个维度内容的详细论述,期冀从理论上对共建式高校课堂生态环境的建设提供一个较为完整的研究思路和结构框架,为高校课堂教学改革与发展提供坚实的理论支撑。第四部分包括第七章。本章主要在实践层面提出共建式高校课堂生态环境建设的有效路径。首先,确立了共建式高校课堂生态的价值目标;其次,提出共建式高校课堂生态环境建设应遵循的基本原则,主要有整体性与协同性统一的原则、交互性与共生性统一的原则、依存性与自组织性统一的原则、开放性与可持续性统一的原则以及和谐性与动态生成性统一的原则;最后,从教育理念、物质环境、人际关系、文化品性、课程设置、学术追求、课堂评价和网络平台建设等多个视角明确了共建式高校课堂生态环境建设的长效机制,为课堂学习共同体构建一个充满生命活力的生态环境,提高课堂生活品质和生命质量提供了行之有效的实践依据。
[Abstract]:Improving the quality of classroom teaching is the eternal theme of the reform and development of higher education. The construction of a scientific and rational classroom ecology and the optimization of the classroom ecological environment is an important issue which can not be avoided in the deepening of teaching theory and actively promoting the reform of classroom teaching in colleges. This paper has four parts: the first part includes the first chapter. The introduction is mainly about the background of the research, the purpose and significance of the research. At present, the scholars at home and abroad have made a comprehensive exposition of the achievements and progress of the research in this field, and the related concepts, methods and ideas of this study are introduced in detail, and the directions and logical structures are pointed out for the follow-up research. The second part includes second Chapter and the third chapter. The second chapter, taking the transformation of the classroom ecological paradigm as the breakthrough point, holds that the ecological paradigm of the classroom in our universities is undergoing significant changes. The future development trend of the classroom ecological transition from the traditional teaching class to the Constructivist Classroom will be sublimated to an ideal construction class ecology, that is, from "objective" to "" "Construction" is bound to move towards the development trend of "co construction", and from the different dimensions of teachers' roles, students' roles, teaching methods and curriculum resources, and explains their different development characteristics. The basic principle of ecology and the theory of learning community are the theoretical basis of the ecological construction of the co construction class hall in Colleges and universities. The third chapter is from the angle of synchronic. This chapter analyzes the present situation of the classroom ecological environment in China's colleges and universities. From the two dimensions, this chapter discusses the actual condition of the ecological environment that can affect the quality of classroom teaching in Colleges and universities. The ecological examination is carried out from the two perspectives that affect the classroom ecology of colleges and universities, and the internal factors mainly emphasize the objects of the classroom. The influence of qualitative and environmental factors, psychological environment factors and cultural environment factors, the external factors mainly emphasize the influence of the family environment factors and the community environmental factors. The ecological examination is carried out from the angle of the effective connection between the secondary education classroom environment and the higher education classroom environment, mainly on the teaching environment, interpersonal relationship, learning goal, and class. Through the systematic study of two dimensions, the main environmental factors that affect the classroom ecology in Colleges and universities are summed up through the systematic study of the two dimensions, and the practical basis is provided for the further strengthening of the construction of the classroom ecological environment in the construction of colleges and universities. The fourth part includes seventh chapters. This chapter mainly puts forward the effective path of the construction of the ecological environment in the construction of colleges and universities in the practical level. First, it establishes the value target of the classroom ecology of the co construction colleges and universities; secondly, it puts forward the basic principles that should be followed in the construction of the classroom ecological environment of the co construction colleges and universities.
