城镇居民体育旅游风险知觉消费行为研究

【摘要】:进入90年代中期以来,伴随着健身娱乐、休闲旅游为代表的全球化、大众化的体育旅游消费市场逐渐发展壮大,体育旅游已经日益成为现代人们生活中的重要组成部分。但限制于在体育旅游过程中出现的各种不可预估的风险因素,仍然有较多的体育旅游消费者止步其中,出游意愿不高,体育旅游消费市场也因此受到很大影响。为此本研究在经济学、社会学、心理学以及营销学等跨学科知识以及研究方法体系指导下,通过一定的理论与方法的归纳与演绎,对我国城镇居民体育旅游风险知觉消费行为进行了系统研究。研究得出的主要结论:(1)人们在体育旅游过程中所呈现的体育旅游风险知觉基本结构是由经济风险、信息风险、社会认知风险、责任风险、知识风险、功能风险以及心理风险总共七个方面组成的,通过把握这七个方面的变化,可以有效甄别人们的体育旅游风险知觉水平。(2)人们在体育旅游过程中所呈现的体育旅游风险知觉水平与其性别、婚姻状况的联系不明显。而基于职业、年龄、收入以及教育文化水平的体育旅游消费风险知觉在各个维度上有显著性差异,也就是说,体育旅游消费者的风险知觉水平与其职业、年龄、收入以及教育文化水平的联系比较明显。31-40岁的群体风险知觉水平较高,比较担心自己在旅游过程中出现一定经济损失,遇到对方推卸责任或自己无法解决等问题。相对于其他职业群体,公务员群体的风险知觉水平较低,较少考虑到在体育旅游过程中出现的各种风险。而相对于其他职业群体,建筑、采矿与制造业职业群体的风险知觉水平较高,一般会考虑在体育旅游过程中的各种风险。5000元以上收入群体的风险知觉水平较高,尤其表现在经济风险、功能风险以及心理风险三种风险。特别是随着教育文化水平的提高,其风险知觉水平不断提高,研究生及以上高学历的风险知觉水平较高,会考虑在体育旅游过程中的各种风险。(3)通过建立体育旅游风险知觉消费行为同时回归模型表明,教育背景(X2)、个人收入(X4)、风险知觉(X6)、人格特质(X7)四个变量具有显著的解释力,模型解释R2=0.310;通过建立体育旅游风险知觉消费行为逐步回归模型表明,基于教育背景(X2)、个人收入(X4)、风险知觉(X6)、人格特质(X7)、家庭人口(X3)五因素模型具有显著的解释力,模型解释R2=0.296;通过建立通过建立体育旅游风险知觉消费行为阶层回归模型表明,基于教育背景(X2)、个人收入(X4)、风险知觉(X6)、人格特质(X7)四个变量具有显著的解释力,模型解释R2=0.310,这说明人们的体育旅游风险知觉水平也是体育消费行为的一种重要表现形式,其风险知觉水平高低直接影响着体育消费再次购买行为的发生。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of 1990s, with the globalization of fitness and entertainment and leisure tourism, the popular sports tourism consumption market has gradually developed and strengthened. Sports tourism has become an important part of modern people's life. However, restricted to various unpredictable risk factors in the process of sports tourism, there are still more sports tourism consumers stop, travel intention is not high, sports tourism consumption market is also greatly affected. Therefore, under the guidance of the interdisciplinary knowledge of economics, sociology, psychology and marketing, as well as the system of research methods, this study is based on the induction and deduction of certain theories and methods. The consumption behavior of sports tourism risk perception of urban residents in China is studied systematically. The main conclusion of the study is: 1) the basic structure of perceived risk of sports tourism in the process of sports tourism is composed of economic risk, information risk, social cognitive risk, responsibility risk, knowledge risk, Functional risk and psychological risk are composed of seven aspects, by grasping the changes in these seven aspects, The risk perception level of sports tourism presented by people in the process of sports tourism is not significantly related to their sex and marital status. However, the perceived risk of sports tourism consumption based on occupation, age, income and educational and cultural level has significant differences in all dimensions, that is, the level of risk perception of sports tourism consumers is different from their occupation, age, etc. The relationship between income and education and culture level is obvious. 31-40 years old group risk perception level is higher, more worried about their own in the tourism process of certain economic losses, encounter the other side shirking responsibility or their own can not solve the problem. Compared with other professional groups, the level of risk perception of civil servants is lower, less consider the various risks in the process of sports tourism. Compared with other occupational groups, the occupational groups of construction, mining and manufacturing have higher risk perception, and generally consider the higher level of risk perception of the income groups with a variety of risks above RMB 5, 000 in the process of sports tourism. Especially in the economic risk, the function risk and the psychological risk three kinds of risks. In particular, with the improvement of educational and cultural level, the level of risk perception is constantly improving, and the level of risk perception of graduate students and above is relatively high. It will consider various risks in the process of sports tourism.) by establishing a simultaneous regression model of consumption behavior of sports tourism risk perception, it shows that four variables, namely, educational background, personal income, risk perception, and personality traits, have significant explanatory power. By establishing a stepwise regression model of consumption behavior of sports tourism risk perception, it is shown that the five factor models, based on educational background, personal income, risk perception, personality traits and family population, have significant explanatory power. By establishing a regression model of sports tourism risk perception, consumer behavior class regression model shows that the four variables, based on educational background, personal income, risk perception and personality traits, have significant explanatory power, based on the educational background, personal income, risk perception, and personality traits. The model explains that the risk perception level of sports tourism is also an important form of sports consumption behavior, and the level of risk perception directly affects the occurrence of sports consumption repurchase behavior.
