民办院校管理体制创新研究

【摘要】:我国自上个世纪90年代以来,民办高等教育进入了快速发展时期,为中国的高等教育注入了无限生机与活力,为我国经济和社会发展培养了大量的人才。同时,伴随着市场经济的发展,我国高校之间的竞争也越来越激烈,特别是民办院校面临前所未有的挑战和冲击,民办院校的发展进入了一个拐点,民办院校的办学宗旨也在经受一场洗礼:是以赚钱和盈利为目的,还是以教书育人、立德树人为目的?如何教书育人、立德树人?这既是民办院校的发展理念问题,也是一个管理理念问题。对于民办院校而言,降低风险的最好手段就是明确办学宗旨,不断地进行管理体制创新。 本文紧密联系中国民办院校的实际情况,运用社会学、教育学和管理学等跨学科理论和方法,从七个方面论述了民办院校管理体制创新问题:第一章,导论部分,主要探讨了选题的背景、目的和意义以及国内外相关研究现状述评;第二章,民办教育发展的历史进程,主要探讨了民办教育在我国的兴起和发展,民办教育在我国发展的阶段性特征,民办教育存在的主要问题及原因以及民办教育管理体制的选择机制。侧重讨论了办学模式多样性,民办院校管理机制的主要特点,建立个性化的教育模式,营造和谐的校园文化:第三章,民办院校管理体制创新研究的理论基础,主要探讨了民办院校管理体制创新研究的社会学基础、教育学基础和管理学基础;第四章,发达国家民办院校管理体制研究,主要探讨了发达国家民办院校管理体制的性质,发达国家民办院校管理体制的模式,发达国家民办院校管理体制的构架,发达国家民办院校管理体制的可借鉴之处;第五章,民办院校管理体制的创新设计,主要探讨了民办院校管理体制的构建原则,民办院校管理体制的逻辑框架,民办院校管理体制的基本类型,民办院校管理体制的价值取向。侧重讨论了民办院校的资源配置,民办院校管理体制的重构,完善民办院校的监督机制,民办院校的公益性原则;第六章,民办院校管理体制创新的实践途径,主要探讨了构建中国特色的民办院校教育体系,创新民办院校的教育教学体系,创新民办院校资产与财务管理制度,创新民办院校人事管理制度,民办院校管理体制创新的政策研究。侧重讨论了模糊的政策环境与营利性民办院校隐性化问题,政府有关民办院校立法“分类管理”营利性、非营利性问题,财政资助高层次、大规模民办院校的经营问题以及创新民办院校经营的市场机制问题;第七章,建立民办院校立德树人教育机制,主要探讨了民办院校立德树人教育机制的文化积淀,民办院校学习型组织建设管理创新,民办院校立德树人教育机制的职业操守。侧重讨论了民办院校立德树人教育机制与隐性课程理论,立德树人教育机制与社团建设,民办院校学习型组织创新。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s of the last century, private higher education has entered a period of rapid development, which has injected infinite vitality and vitality into the higher education of China, and trained a large number of talents for the economic and social development of our country. At the same time, with the development of market economy, the competition among colleges and universities in our country is becoming more and more fierce. Especially, private colleges and universities are facing unprecedented challenges and shocks. The development of private colleges and universities has entered an inflection point. The tenet of running a private college is also undergoing a baptism: is it for the purpose of making money and profit, or is it to teach and educate people, and to build up people by virtue? How to teach and educate people, set up a person? This is not only the development concept of private colleges and universities, but also a management concept. For private colleges, the best way to reduce risk is to make clear the tenet of running a school and innovate the management system continuously. Based on the theory and method of sociology, pedagogy and management, this paper discusses the innovation of management system in private colleges from seven aspects: chapter one, introduction. This paper mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance of the topic and the current research situation at home and abroad. Chapter two, the historical process of the development of private education, mainly discusses the rise and development of private education in China. The stage characteristics of the development of private education in our country, the main problems and reasons of the private education and the selection mechanism of the management system of the private education.
