创业型大学视角下民办本科高校转型路径研究

【摘要】:创业型大学是20世纪中后期在欧美发达国家出现的新型大学,是知识经济快速发展时代大学教育理念和发展战略的创新。高校作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是推进创新型国家建设的重要力量,民办高等教育作为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分和促进教育改革的重要力量,亟须对创新型国家建设与创新创业人才培养做出现实回应。民办高校应以向创业型大学转型为契机,加强与政府、产业界、科研院所的合作,积极围绕区域经济社会发展的需求推进技术创新,不断提高科研能力、服务能力、文化与知识创新能力,促进科研成果转化和高新技术发展,实现民办本科高校跨越式发展,在构建创新创业人才培养体系中发挥更大作用。本论文共分八章: 第一章,阐述了本论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究思路、研究内容和研究方法,提出本论文的主要创新点。 第二章,主要介绍高校转型的相关理论基础,分析国内外创业型大学研究现状,通过分析国外创业型大学成功的办学理念和经验,树立现代大学理念,为推动中国民办本科高校向创业型大学转型提供理论支撑。 第三章,分析民办本科高校向创业型大学转型的必然性与路径选择,分析与总结其内涵和特征;通过对其转型的SWOT分析,发现并总结民办本科高校向创业型大学转型过程中存在的问题。 第四章,提出建立五大机制,即强有力的组织机构、激活的知识传播系统、畅通的知识转移平台、多样化的创业资源、整合的创业文化氛围,在高校内部建立起完善的机制体系。 第五章,主要论述政府保障和社会保障,政府对民办本科高校向创业型大学转型应给予政策和财政支持,引导民办本科创业型大学建立科研成果转化激励机制,社会保障方面则应营造创新创业氛围,提高企业与高校的科技合作力度。 第六章,,本章以伯顿.克拉克建设创业型大学的五要素构成理论和亨利.埃滋科维茨的三螺旋:大学-产业-政府三元一体的创新战略为基础,构建民办本科高校创业能力评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法和聚类分析法,对51所民办高校进行了实证分析,为民办本科高校向创业型大学转型提供了借鉴。 第七章,本章以黄河科技学院为案例,探讨了该民办本科高校创业转型之路,并提出了该校向创业型大学转型的改进措施和建议。 第八章,总结与展望。对民办本科高校向创业型大学转型发展提出可供参考的建议,并对民办本科高校向创业型大学转型进行展望。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial university is a new type of university in the developed countries of Europe and the United States in the middle and late of the 20th century. It is the innovation of university education idea and development strategy in the era of rapid development of knowledge economy. As an important part of the national innovation system, colleges and universities are important forces to promote the construction of an innovative country, and private higher education is an important part of the cause of higher education in our country and an important force to promote educational reform. It is urgent to make a realistic response to the construction of innovative country and the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents. Private colleges and universities should take the transition to entrepreneurial universities as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with the government, industry and scientific research institutes, actively promote technological innovation around the needs of regional economic and social development, and constantly improve scientific research capabilities and service capabilities. The ability of culture and knowledge innovation can promote the transformation of scientific research achievements and the development of high and new technology, realize the leap-forward development of private undergraduate colleges and universities, and play a greater role in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system. This paper is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research ideas, research content and research methods, and puts forward the main innovation points of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the transformation of universities, analyzes the current research situation of entrepreneurial universities at home and abroad, and sets up the modern university concept by analyzing the successful running ideas and experiences of foreign entrepreneurial universities. To promote the transformation of private universities to entrepreneurial universities to provide theoretical support. The third chapter analyzes the inevitability and path choice of the transition from private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities, and analyzes and summarizes its connotation and characteristics. To find and summarize the problems existing in the transition from private universities to entrepreneurial universities. In the fourth chapter, five mechanisms are proposed, namely, strong organization, activated knowledge dissemination system, smooth knowledge transfer platform, diversified entrepreneurial resources and integrated entrepreneurial culture atmosphere. Establish a perfect mechanism system within the university. The fifth chapter, mainly discusses the government security and social security, the government should give policy and financial support to the transformation of private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities, and guide private universities to establish incentive mechanism for the transformation of scientific research achievements. In the aspect of social security, we should create an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhance the cooperation between enterprises and universities in science and technology. Chapter VI, this chapter is based on Burton. Clark's theory of five elements of constructing entrepreneurial university and Henry. On the basis of Ezekowitz's triple helix: university-industry-government innovation strategy, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of entrepreneurial ability of private undergraduate colleges and universities, and applies factor analysis and cluster analysis. This paper makes an empirical analysis of 51 private colleges and universities, which provides a reference for the transformation of private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities. In the seventh chapter, taking the Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology as an example, this chapter discusses the road of entrepreneurial transformation of the private undergraduate university, and puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions for the transformation from the university to the entrepreneurial university. Chapter eight, summary and prospect. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the transformation and development from private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities, and looks forward to the transition from private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities.
