中国网球教练员执教能力及影响因素研究
[Abstract]:Coaches are one of the most important links in the competitive sports system, and the coaches' teaching ability is the decisive factor for the successful development of competitive sports. The competition of competitive sports among modern countries is the competition of coaches' teaching ability. There has been great progress in tennis events in China in recent years. However, the overall level of teaching ability of tennis coaches in China is not high, which has become a constraint to the development of tennis events in China. This paper takes the teaching ability and influencing factors of Chinese tennis coaches as the research object, taking sports training, sports psychology, management science and system theory as the theoretical basis, using the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics. Taking the middle and advanced tennis coaches, the management staff of the tennis management center and the senior coaches training lecturer as the objects of investigation, the author draws lessons from the research methods and achievements of the coaches' teaching ability and influencing factors at home and abroad. This paper deeply studies the definition and connotation of the concept of coaches' teaching ability, constructs the index system of Chinese tennis coaches' teaching ability and the index system of influencing factors, and analyzes the influence paths and mechanisms of each influencing factor. This study provides a theoretical reference for enriching the training mode of tennis coaches, improving the training quality and improving the teaching ability. This paper has two innovative points: first, define the concept of coaching ability of coaches, and according to the characteristics of tennis events and professional characteristics of tennis coaches, put forward the elements of the teaching ability of tennis coaches. Develop the tennis coach teaching ability measurement item, use exploratory factor analysis method, construct the tennis coach teaching ability index system, according to the obtained teaching ability function equation formula, the four dimensions of the index system according to the importance of ranking; Second, on the basis of the tennis coaches' teaching ability index system, further construct the tennis coaches' teaching ability influence factor index system, the three dimensions of the index system according to the influence order, And the influence factors are discussed and analyzed comprehensively. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) the index system of Chinese tennis coaches' teaching ability has a four-dimensional structure, which is the ability of guiding training, directing competition, scientific research and innovation. The ability of management and coordination is the most important ability of tennis coaches, followed by the ability to guide sports training, scientific research and innovation, management coordination ability. 3) the ability of scientific selection and inter-match training. Psychological mobilization and adjustment ability, interpersonal coordination ability is the ability of Chinese tennis coaches different from other sports coaches teaching ability .4) Chinese tennis coaches teaching ability factors can be divided into internal environmental factors and external environmental factors. There are three dimensions, they are personal trait factors, personality psychological factors and social factors. Among them, personal trait factor and personality psychological factor are internal environment factor, social factor belongs to external environment factor .5) personal trait factor has the most influence on tennis coach's teaching ability, social factor has the second influence on tennis coach's teaching ability. The influence of personality psychological factors on the teaching ability of tennis coaches is the least.
