我国青少年校园篮球运动发展的动力机制研究

【摘要】:我国竞技篮球运动曾取得过辉煌成就,然而近年在世界甚至亚洲篮坛地位却逐趋下滑,其原因在于竞技篮球后备人才特别是青少年校园篮球后备人才培养理论与实践的诸多矛盾问题日趋凸显,出现动力与激励尤为不足现象。为完善竞技篮球运动理论,给我国竞技篮球科学、健康、可持续发展提供理论支撑与智力支持,本文以青少年校园篮球运动发展动力机制为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对动力机制、中外青少年篮球后备人才培养、我国青少年校园篮球发展动力困境、影响因素进行系统、深入研究,得出如下研究成果:1.校园篮球运动动力机制涉及经济、文化、教育、政府公共服务和体育等多从机制。众多机制并非单一存在,而是相互联系相互制约的。其理论基础源自于系统理论、共生理论、利益相关理论、社会机制运行理论,但同时有别于这四种理论而有自身独特的理论特点与运营方式。2.美国、西班牙、俄罗斯校园篮球运动发展动力的共同特征是:强有力的国家制度保障、科学系统的大、中、小学培养体系,众多的社会资本投入,良好的赛事运作,宽松的参与环境。3.中国青少年篮球运动发展动力困境有:文化缺失、宣传不足、应试教育、学训矛盾、赛事体系不合理、执教水平不高、价值认同度不高、环境设施缺陷等多维驱动疲软因素。4.中国青少年篮球运动发展动力影响维度:个人维度、家庭维度、校园维度、社会维度。其中个人维度涉及篮球价值、自身运动基础;家庭维度涉及家庭教育观、父母篮球运动基础;校园维度涉及篮球教师、硬件设施、课上课下;社会维度涉及社会关注、同伴、大众传媒。5.中国青少年篮球运动发展动力机制构成:动力机制主体为青少年个体、家庭、学校、社会及国家及文化、信息、利益三者构成的动力传导;动力机制功能为开发与提供校园篮球运动的动力发展,满足青少年群体的需要;动力机制运行过程为动力源的开发,动力转化以及监控评价机制。6.中国校园篮球运动发展动力对策:1)落实政策,实现制度保障;2)加大宣传,强化价值认同;3)体教结合,打造双赢;4)改善设施,提升学、训、赛效果;5)完善赛制,提供比赛机遇;6)强化明星效应,树立精神导向;7)培训师资,提升教学水平;8)注入社会资本,激活校园篮球市场。
[Abstract]:China's competitive basketball has made brilliant achievements, but in recent years in the world and even in Asia, the status of basketball has gradually declined. The reason is that there are many contradictions between the theory and practice of basketball reserve talents training, especially the youth campus basketball reserve talents, and the phenomenon of lack of motivation and motivation is becoming more and more obvious. In order to perfect the theory of competitive basketball, to provide theoretical support and intellectual support for the scientific, healthy and sustainable development of competitive basketball in China, this paper takes the dynamic mechanism of the development of juvenile campus basketball as the research object and makes use of the literature. Questionnaire survey, expert interview and other methods, the motive mechanism, Chinese and foreign youth basketball reserve talent training, our country youth campus basketball development motive predicament, the influence factor carries on the system, the thorough research, obtains the following research result: 1. The dynamic mechanism of campus basketball involves economy, culture, education, government public service and sports. Many mechanisms do not exist in a single way, but are interlinked and mutually restricted. Its theoretical basis is derived from the system theory, symbiosis theory, interest related theory, social mechanism operation theory, but at the same time different from these four theories and has its own unique theoretical characteristics and operation mode. The common characteristics of the development motive force of basketball on campus in the United States, Spain and Russia are: strong national system guarantee, large, middle and primary school training system of scientific system, numerous social capital investment, and good competition operation. Loose participation environment. The difficulties in the development of Chinese youth basketball include: lack of culture, lack of propaganda, examination-oriented education, contradiction of learning and training, unreasonable system of matches, low level of teaching, low degree of value identity, weak multi-dimensional driving factors, such as environmental facilities defects, etc. The factors influencing the development of Chinese youth basketball are personal dimension, family dimension, campus dimension and social dimension. The personal dimension relates to the value of basketball, the basis of their own sports; the family dimension relates to the concept of family education, parents basketball sports foundation; the campus dimension involves basketball teachers, hardware facilities, under class; the social dimension involves social concern, peer, Mass media. The main body of the dynamic mechanism is the transmission of motive power, which is composed of individual, family, school, society, country, culture, information and interest. The function of dynamic mechanism is to develop and provide the dynamic development of campus basketball to meet the needs of the youth group; the running process of the power mechanism is the development of power source, power transformation and monitoring and evaluation mechanism. 6. Chinese campus basketball sports development motive force countermeasure: 1) carry out the policy, realize the system guarantee 2) increase the propaganda, strengthen the value identity and 3) the combination of sports and education, create a win-win situation 4) improve the facilities, improve the learning, training, competition effect 5) perfect the competition system. (6) strengthening star effect, setting up spiritual guidance 7) training teachers, improving teaching level and injecting social capital to activate the campus basketball market.
