交往视域下大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育是时代的产物。在全球化、现代性、科学技术相互交织的当代语境下,我国大学生思想政治教育正面临着经济全球化、文化多样化、政治民主化的挑战和机遇,面临着现代科学技术带给思想政治教育的双重影响,还面临着我国高等教育体制深刻变革带来的诸多问题。大学生思想政治教育要与时代精神相契合,努力顺应时代发展、社会变革对社会发展和人的发展提出的新要求,不断实现创新与发展。全球化成为当今时代的基本特征和世界发展的重要趋势。全球化的时代背景将大学生思想政治教育置于一个更宏大、更广泛的时空境域,教育思维从封闭走向开放,教育形态由现实走向现实与虚拟的共在,教育内容不断丰富与拓展,方法体系和话语构建逐渐成熟。交往是对人的生存状态的关注,是人的生存和社会化的根源和动力所在,体现人的本质。思想政治教育的出发点是人,是处于现实社会交往关系中进行交往活动的人。人在交往中存在,思想政治教育也是一种交往式存在。可见,交往就成为实现时代精神、哲学思想和思想政治教育互动的关键要素,也将是破解思想政治教育发展困境和难题的新视角。交往视域涵义丰富,是以马克思交往理论为基础,借鉴哈贝马斯交往行为理论及多学科交往理论,建构起来的一个包含交往活动、交往关系、交往形态、交往境域的多元范畴。把交往引入大学生思想政治教育的当代视野,审视大学生思想政治教育在发展过程中的现实问题,从建构交往理论维度、关注大学生的交往世界、关注虚拟交往、实现可持续发展四个方面,拓宽视野,开阔思想,提出新的发展理路,以期在大学生思想政治教育的交往常态中获得新的突破,取得新的成果,使大学生思想政治教育在回应时代进步、现代社会和人的发展的根本诉求中显露勃勃生机,彰显迷人魅力。交往视域下大学生思想政治教育具有虚拟与现实共在的整体性形态特征,具有关系性、开放性、生成性、共在性的思维特征,在实践向度上体现交互主体性、根植于生活世界、彰显人文关怀、注重心理疏导。交往视域下大学生思想政治教育以社会主义核心价值观统领教育内容的发展,在精神层面上丰富了中国精神教育,在素养层面上拓展了虚拟交往中大学生思想道德素养教育的内容。交往视域下大学生思想政治教育运用显性教育与隐性教育相融合、单向灌输与对话教育相融合、主导教育与自我教育相融合、理性教育与感性教育相融合的教育方法,体现方式方法的创新。在话语构建方面提出四个方面的新要求：营造双声语境、实现主体话语平等、满足大学生对话语的期待、发挥情感话语的疏导作用。交往既是时代的主题,也是一个与诸多社会科学和人文科学学科密切相关的共同课题。把交往介入大学生思想政治教育的过程,将有效解决大学生思想政治教育发展中“交往缺失”的现实问题,回应全球化时代背景对社会和人的发展的诉求。交往视域下,大学生思想政治教育主体之间通过对话与沟通进行精神交流,在有关人生目的和意义等价值观问题上达成相互理解、相互认同,并将这种共识内化为各自的知识和能力,从而实现对人的精神世界的积极关照,促进社会进步和人的发展。
