体育锻炼对支持和促进干细胞的自然行为的影响

【摘要】:CD34抗原是单链跨膜糖蛋白,在造血干细胞、造血祖细胞以及内皮祖细胞、内皮细胞、胚胎成纤维细胞和一些胎儿和成人神经组织细胞表达。在完全分化的造血干细胞如淋巴细胞、单核细胞、粒细胞、红细胞和血小板不表达。定期体育运动与低心血管发病率有关。然而体育锻炼有助于心血管疾病发生的机制目前并不清楚。已有研究表明:体育锻炼有助于提高和改善内皮祖细胞的数量和功能。 本研究的目的是评估有氧和无氧运动以及有氧训练和无氧训练对CD34~+细胞生物学行为以及后生理参数的影响。 研究结果表明: 1有氧运动或有氧训练以及无氧运动或无氧训练均能增加机体最大耗氧量。但以有氧运动或有氧训练增加明显。 2与无氧运动或无氧训练比,有氧运动或有氧训练显著降低血液中乳酸含量。 3与有氧运动或有氧训练比,无氧运动或无氧训练显著增加外周血中血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞和红细胞容积。 4与对照组或有氧运动、有氧训练比,无氧运动或无氧训练下受试者外周血CD34~+造血祖细胞的数量明显增加。
