基于虚实融合的车间实时生产监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来,“工业4.0”和“互联网+”概念的深入人心,使得制造生产过程中的信息化越来越受到企业的重视。在以往加工过程中,当生产设备不能正常工作时,管理人员无法立即得到故障信息,当产品生产完成后遇到质量问题时,无法排查到具体工步。究其原因是缺乏对车间设备加工数据的有效采集手段,无法实时监控到机床的状态信息和加工工艺参数。并且当下的生产监控系统多采用二维界面进行操作,人机交互体验较差,不利于车间工作人员的使用。为了弥补这些不足,本文提出了车间生产数据处理与可视化的新方法,设计了一套基于虚实融合的车间实时生产监控系统。论文主要内容如下:(1)对车间生产数据的采集方式和类型进行研究,实现了生产数据的传输、解析等功能。对车间生产数据进行分类,并针对不同类型的数据选择合适的通讯传输协议,编写服务器端数据采集软件和文件夹监控软件,对客户端上传的生产数据进行接收。(2)对生产数据的存储过程进行研究,实现了对生产数据的管理。根据设备代码和信息类型创建相应表单,并对表单间的数据关系进行梳理,采用触发器对存储数据进行监控,实现异常报警功能。同时针对数据的查询进行优化,减少系统性能开支,提高数据库的响应速度。(3)基于虚拟现实技术,实现车间生产过程的三维可视化。首选通过对虚拟现实技术的研究和应用,搭建出基于车间实际状况的虚拟生产场景。其次对部分设备的加工动作进行分解和制作,利用编码技术实现数控设备三维模型的生产动作模拟。最后对车间生产虚拟场景进行优化,减少渲染开支,在不降低用户观感的前提下提高电脑的运行效率,增强系统的稳定性。(4)完成了生产数据驱动的基于虚实融合的车间实时生产监控系统。对虚拟车间场景与网页间的数据交互方式进行了研究,设计了功能调用函数接口和数据交互格式,并利用网站开发技术将车间虚拟场景和生产数据进行了集成,实现了数据库、网页和虚拟车间场景之间的数据传递,添加了历史数据查询、实时状态显示、设备利用率分析等功能,实现了车间的生产监控。目前,该虚实结合的车间实时监控系统已经投入到实际生产中,并取得了良好的使用效果,实现了对车间实时生产过程的监控功能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the concepts of "industry 4.0" and "Internet" have been deeply accepted by people, which makes the informatization in manufacturing process more and more important. In the past, when the production equipment can not work properly, the manager can not get the fault information immediately, and when the product is finished, it can not find out the concrete steps when the quality problem is encountered. The reason is that there is a lack of effective means to collect machining data of workshop equipment, and it is impossible to monitor the state information of machine tools and process parameters in real time. And the current production monitoring system uses the two-dimensional interface to operate, the man-machine interaction experience is poor, which is not conducive to the use of workshop staff. In order to remedy these shortcomings, a new method of data processing and visualization of workshop production is proposed, and a real-time production monitoring system based on virtual reality fusion is designed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the collection method and type of production data in workshop are studied, and the functions of transmission and analysis of production data are realized. According to the classification of workshop production data and the selection of appropriate communication protocols for different types of data, the server-side data acquisition software and folder monitoring software are written. The storage procedure of production data is studied, and the management of production data is realized. According to the device code and information type, the corresponding form is created, and the data relationship between the forms is combed. The trigger is used to monitor the stored data, and the abnormal alarm function is realized. At the same time, the query of the data is optimized, the system performance expense is reduced, and the response speed of the database is improved. (3) based on the virtual reality technology, the 3D visualization of the workshop production process is realized. Through the research and application of virtual reality technology, the virtual production scene based on the actual situation of workshop is built. Secondly, the machining action of some equipments is decomposed and made, and the 3D model of NC equipment is simulated by coding technology. Finally, we optimize the workshop production virtual scene, reduce the cost of rendering, and improve the running efficiency of the computer without reducing the user's perception. Enhance the stability of the system. 4) complete the production data driven workshop real-time production monitoring system based on virtual-reality fusion. This paper studies the way of data interaction between virtual workshop scene and web page, designs the function calling function interface and data exchange format, and integrates workshop virtual scene and production data with website development technology, and realizes the database. The functions of data transfer between web page and virtual workshop scene, such as historical data query, real-time status display and equipment utilization analysis, are added to realize workshop production monitoring. At present, the real time monitoring system has been put into practical production, and has achieved a good effect, and realized the monitoring function of the workshop real time production process.
